Abby De La Rosa Reveals How She Deals With 'Delicate' Postpartum Period

Abby De La Rosa is fighting back at postpartum in the best way she knows how.
The 32-year-old gave birth to her daughter, Beautiful Zeppelin, whom she shares with the actor Nick Cannon, who is also the father of her twin sons, Zion and Zillion.
After welcoming her daughter last month, La Rosa is opening up about what is helping her get through her postpartum period.
The Mom-of-three Reveals What She Is Grateful For During Her Postpartum Period
The OnlyFans star took to her Instagram Story to share with her followers the specific things that have helped her through what she termed a "delicate Postpartum period."
The post read, "Thank you, God, for music and my equipment, it's literally saved me more than I can ever explain, especially during this delicate Postpartum period."
In another post, La Rosa shared a short video that showed her playing around with her DJ equipment while singing along to SZA's song, "Snooze" which was playing in the background. Though not in view, her voice proved that she was letting loose. She captioned the clip, "WAS FEELING OVERSTIMULATED AF! CAME OUT TO TAKE A QUICK DJ BREAK, ENDED UP TRAPPIN OUT SZA'S "SNOOZE" ??."
This update comes a few days after the podcaster posted pictures of her family to celebrate the approaching Christmas holiday. The Blast reported on how the family of five is gearing up for the holidays.
The pictures shared by the former radio host showed her and Cannon with their adorable children dressed in the theme of the season. In the first photo, the mom-of-three carried her twin boys on each side as she smiled widely. The boys looked stunning in a red check shirt and denim, which La Rosa complimented with a breathtaking red off-shoulder dress.
The second photo posted featured Cannon and baby Beautiful. Almost in a burst of laughter, the actor smiled widely in a green sweater as he held onto his daughter and son. The newborn was dressed in a cute white top and a red skirt.
The caption "This little light of mine✨?" accompanied another black-and-white picture La Rosa dedicated to her little girl, her first Christmas experience. She carried her newborn daughter while standing next to a huge Christmas tree.
Abby De La Rosa Had An Emotional Momma Moment
As mentioned, the famed DJ and "Masked Singer" host became the parent of their daughter on November 13. Previously, The Blast reported that La Rosa got emotional as her daughter approached the one-month-old age mark.
The momma bear posted to her Instagram story that the baby is outgrowing diapers before she reached the one-month milestone. Overwhelmed by the thought, she revealed she had cried but quickly acknowledged that a "huge chapter" was arising.
She stated, "Never will I have newborns again (at least in my book for now, but who knows what god wants)."
Furthermore, the iHeart Media host brushed off her little mummy moment with a note that read, "Anyway, don't mind me, having a huge momma moment." She also said she wanted nothing more than to see her babies "grow and glow."
