“90 Day Fiancé” star Karine Martins is telling her fans not to donate money to GoFundMe account’s pretending to be her.
Karina posted a note on her social media following the nasty showdown with her husband Paul. She wrote on Instagram, “I have no set up a Go fund me or any other kind of means to receive money. Please report them. All I ask is to keep your prayers for me and Pierre.”
As The Blast previously reported, over the weekend, Karine called the police on Paul saying she wanted to leave their home.
Paul took to Instagram Live to record the encounter with police. During the chat, Paul told police Karine was free to leave but accused her of cheating on him.
Paul previously called Child Protective Services on Karine saying she was drinking beer in front of their son.
Karine obtained a restraining order against Paul hours after the incident. In the petition, Karine accused Paul of controlling her life and refusing to let her leave. She also claimed Paul had sexual assaulted her multiple times.
Paul posted screenshots of the restraining order claiming the handwriting didn’t match his wife Karine. She fired back saying the restraining order was real and wrote, “All this past days I had a lot going on. As the media showed, I had issues where the police was called because I feared for my life and my son’s life which led me to ask for help and ultimately be rescued from an environment that no longer was healthy for none of us involved in the situation.”
She ended, “Relationships are hard and sometimes it just can’t be fixed anymore. I need this time to organize my thoughts, work on myself and care for my son after everything have been through in the last year and half. Just to clarify, the EPO was me, I had help from a translator since I do not speak English. I also would like to state that I’m not missing. The police knows where to find me if they need me. This is a legal matter not a “media matter”. That being said it’s the first and last time I will speak about it.”
