Tamar Braxton is officially released from having to work any further with WE tv, after the network says they will 'honor' her request to cut ties with the company. The decision came on the heels of Braxton claiming she was "betrayed...overworked, and underpaid" by the network.

According to a statement issued by the network, We tv says it will agree to release Tamar from having to work with them in the future. The company says it "will work with her representatives to honor her request to end all future work for the network.”

As we reported, on Thursday, Braxton slammed the company for what she described as “excessive and unfair” work demands.

At this point, Tamar has two television shows set to air on the network, including the families hit reality show 'Braxton Family Values.'

According to reports, Braxton will appear in several episodes of Season 7 of the show, which started production before she was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital for a possible suicide attempt.

But, Tamar's new show 'Get Ya Life!' was delayed earlier this week after she had issues with the way the trailer was edited and portrayed her family.

Interestingly, the network says it will still air the episodes starting September 10, but will NOT edit them based on Braxton's complaints.

Earlier this week, Tamar Braxton broke her silence on the suicide attempt saying she was brought to the brink over her current working conditions.

"Over the past 11 years there were promises made to protect and portray my story, with the authenticity and honesty I gave. I was betrayed, taken advantage of, overworked, and underpaid," she said in a statement on IG.

She continued "I wrote a letter over 2 months ago asking to be freed from what I believed was excessive and unfair. I explained in personal detail the demise I was experiencing. My cry for help went totally ignored. However the demands persisted. It was my spirit, and my soul that was tainted the most."

The Blast

We broke the story, on July 16, Tamar was rushed to a L.A hospital after being found 'unresponsive' by her boyfriend. At the time, he told 911 dispatcher she has been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription medication.

Tamar had indicted she was suicidal several times in the months leading up to the incident, including a scathing letter she wrote to WE tv executives explaining her issues with the network.

After Tamar's hospitalization, the company issues a statement saying, “Tamar Braxton has been an important part of our network family for more than a decade. As she focuses on her health and recovery at what is clearly a difficult and personal time, we will work with her representatives to honor her request to end all future work for the network. We wish her nothing but the best."
