Bikini-Modeling 'Teen Mom' Mackenzie McKee Backflips Off A Boat With Her BFF On Instagram

Mackenzie McKee isn't letting Instagram forget that she was a cheerleader back in the day. The "Teen Mom OG" star who is fast-becoming the MTV franchise's unofficial fitness queen updated her Instagram on Monday with some lake fun.
Mackenzie, 25, is currently fronting media outlets for admitting she wasn't a "good wife" amid her messy split from rocky husband Josh McKee. The kids the former couple share were in the video. Likewise, the eye-catching gymnast moves. Scroll for the post.

Mackenzie, if you aren't aware, also famously competed in a body-building and bikini-modeling fitness competition in 2019. The Body by Mac founder who will update that Instagram account in the splits during her "morning reading" had been filmed out on a boat and with BFF of 14 years Cayla Mathews.
Mackenzie, rocking a cute black bikini, appeared next to Cayla who wore a pink one. The two then coordinated perfectly to deliver a backflip off the boat, with Mackenzie also shouting out her BFF in her caption.

Mackenzie's caption read: "Back story. We met on the cheer mat 14 years ago. And our friendship has been rock solid since. Through crazy seasons of life. She has stuck by me through it all. Thankful for this one. @caylapaige."
A quick swipe to the right then showed the family weekend outing that included some of Mackenzie's kids. 3-year-old son Broncs was seen – Mackenzie made headlines in early July for disabling comments after trolls making "rotten teeth" and cancer remarks proved too much to tolerate. Mackenzie's family is known to have included some sporty faces – and some tragic ends. December 2019 saw Mackenzie say goodbye to mom Angie Douthit. Despite being a marathon runner and never having smoked a cigarette in her life, Angie developed lung cancer, with the aggressive disease killing her.
The video had shown dad Brad giving the backflip a go – a little less gracefully than his daughter, though.

Mackenzie has been opening up on her seemingly-failed marriage to Josh. Together, the couple is parents to 8-year-old Gannon, 6-year-old Jaxie, and 3-year-old Broncs. Cheating dominated headlines for Mackenzie throughout 2020 amid allegations Josh had an affair with his cousin. It's been a two-way street, though, as Mackenzie has admitted.
Now, Mackenzie is opening up, per her recent reveal on the Domenick Nati Show. "I don't think I've been a good wife," she said, adding: "I had to figure out how to be a wife at the age of 18 and I was very heartless."
