Last week, Los Angeles Clippers star Lou Williams left the NBA bubble in Orlando to attend a funeral for a family member in Atlanta. On Thursday night, he was seen with breakout Louisville rapper, Jack Harlow. Harlow posted a photo of the two on his Instagram story as the caption said "A location you would never guess." Harlow then said on Friday that the photo was old despite the fact that they were wearing masks as Williams got his from Orlando.

On Saturday, Williams admitted to NBA security that he did go to this club. He did emphasize though that he went there strictly to get dinner and not partake in other activities there. Williams is a popular figure at Magic City as he has his own flavor of chicken wings there. The NBA began investigating and concluded that he'd have to quarantine for 10 days when he arrives in Orlando. He will be missing two games for LA as they determine playoff seeding.

Social media has since had mixed reactions about Williams' situation. Some believe that him getting food real quick after a funeral was no big deal while other view his actions as acting recklessly and put himself at risk of contracting COVID-19. Many figured that he would face a lengthy quarantine and that is in fact the case as he will miss two games that count. The Clippers currently stand at No. 2 in the Western Conference at 44-20 behind the Lakers.

Williams addressed the incident today on Twitter and is over the hate. He responded to former NBA player and current analyst, Kendrick Perkins who said Zion Williamson is more mature than a 15-year veteran in Williams. It's safe to say that Williams is tired of the criticism.

"15 years in this business and the most dirt you have on my name is stopping to get hot wings during a pandemic," said Williams. Perk. Shut up. And stop laughing and saying it’s just tv when you run into me too."

Williams then went to focus on the fact that he was in Atlanta to pay homage to a man who was a huge part of his life. He also emphasized that he is focusing on his quarantine now so he can rejoin the Clippers.

As far as Harlow goes, he laughed on Twitter today about a tweet mentioning how he acts when he gets a call from Williams. He is currently seeing much success with his "Whats Poppin" remix featuring DaBaby, Tory Lanez, and Lil Wayne.
