With Christmas around the corner, Hilary Swank seems to have dotted all her 'i' and crossed all the 't' for the holiday celebration ahead.
The American actress who gained international recognition for her performance in the "Million Dollar Baby" movie shared a picture with her 1.2 million followers to show fans what Christmas is starting to look like in her abode.
Fans Are Excited About Hilary Swank's Christmas Post
The 48-year-old's recent upload on Instagram showed her and her two adorable dogs striking a pose by the Christmas tree. The well-decorated tree stood erect on a red and white silky fabric at the corner of the room. The dogs seemed picture ready as they lay peacefully beside the tree with wrapped presents underneath.
The photo revealed two large windows on either side of the room. Swank stood beside the tree, smiling in a black jumper as if to give it a final touch. The star of the moment, however, was Swank's baby bump, which she gushes about in the accompanying caption that read:
"🎶All I want for Christmas is yoooouuus, ohhhhhh baby(s)."
With over a hundred likes, fans congratulated the soon-to-be mum and shared excited comments underneath the post. "Now that's a tree🎄✨🎄✨🎄" fellow actor Michael Hitchcock commented.
Another person noted, "What a beautiful family!! And a beautiful tree 🎄❤️," while an excited fan wrote, "Huge congrats! Fellow twin mom here it's such an incredible journey." Some people kept it simple and wrote, "merry christmas!🎄."
One comment had somebody sharing about their experience with twins, writing, "Twin mom here (mine are almost 5). Time goes fast…I get them each an ornament based on their personality that year. My son and daughter were so excited for "my ornaments!" This year!so exciting for me! They'll have a box when they leave my home at 100! 🤣🤣🤣."
The recent update comes a few months after the "Amelia" producer revealed she and her spouse, Philip Schneider, would soon be parents to twins whose gender are unidentified for now.
The Blast reported on how the award-winning actress shared the fascinating news on the "Good Morning America" show where she made an appearance to promote her new show "Alaska Daily."
Following the announcement, Swank became candid about the special connection between her pregnancy and her father's death on the "Drew Barrymore show," where she noted that her babies would be born on her father's birthday. She also implied that she regards the circumstances surrounding her due date as a miracle.
The "You're Not You" producer acknowledges that she will always miss her father, as they became close when she stepped in as his caretaker after his lung transplant. She also acknowledged that she will always be fond of her daddy's memory.
The Hollywood star remembered her father on the anniversary of his passing with a caption that read, "I can't believe it's been a year since you've transitioned. You are missed beyond measure and forever in my heart." The video she posted showed a mashup of different moments of her father while he was alive.
Hilary Swank Could Be The Hero That Rescued Pets Needs
Swank made sure to tug on the heartstrings of followers as she reminded them to love the beautiful animals unconditionally and disregarded selective affection that some people tend to share with dogs for some accolades, as reported by The Blast
She reposted pictures from "@taoanimalrescue" to her Instagram story that evidently showed how dogs get treated differently over time. From the pictures she reposted, a person adopted that dog for a particular holiday and abandoned it afterward. Her caption that read, "Furiendly Reminder.. A dog is for life, not just for Christmas!" confirmed the assumption.
Per reports, The "Boys don't Cry" star once took her love for the animal to a whole other level when she reunited a dachshund dog named Blue with the owner, Chelsea Blackwell. The dog owner who frantically approached a movie crew in search of her dog was met with the surprise of her life when it was confirmed that Swank was in possession of her dog.
Blackwell, now satisfied with finding her dog, recounted the event when she wrote, "I'd stopped and asked if someone had seen a little brown dog? A man walked over to my car and said, Yes, this woman picked him up."
This love for dogs is not surprising as the famed producer is a proud pet parent to four rescue dogs named Kai, Sufi, Teddy, and Moon. In addition to the efforts put by her, Swank's foundation, Hilaroo, is dedicated to finding wonderful and safe homes that were rescued.
