The television host took to her Instagram story to talk about how that week spent away by herself had been an "amazing, quiet, and meditative week of reflection and trying to get my thoughts together," as well stepping into a new chapter of her life.

The 38-year-old described de-cluttering her mind over the past few months as an awesome way to detox and that it was definitely needed. Burke then advised her fans to try and do the same thing – be quiet with their thoughts because "it really gets loud in there, for me at least."

Ending her video, she stated that time to decompress, observe and stop overthinking was a need for her. All this seems to be coming on the heels of her announcement that she would be leaving "DWTS" after its current season.
