Connie Boss Alexander has broken her silence on her son, Stephen "tWitch" Boss' death.
She took to Instagram to thank friends and well-wishers who have supported the family as they attempt to cope with the loss of Stephen.
She also penned a moving note to her late son, saying, "your mother loves you to eternity and beyond."
Stephen's wife previously confirmed his death and asked for privacy as his family mourns their loss. Leading figures in Hollywood have also been paying respect to Stephen all week, including his former boss Ellen DeGeneres.

Taking to Instagram on Dec.15, Connie spoke up for the first time since her celebrity Dj son tragically ended his life. In her emotional post, she expressed her thanks to friends and well-wishers who have stood by the family as they try to come to terms with Stephen's death.
"Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers, and encouragement," she penned on her Instagram story, per E! News.
After expressing her gratitude, the grandmother of three revealed that she won't be able to respond to messages for the time being because she is still struggling with the trauma of her son's passing.
She added, "Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts, and the phone calls. I can't use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can."
Connie's message also included a request for everyone to keep praying for the family. She then penned a touching remark to her late son, which read, "your mother loves you to eternity and beyond."
Allison Holker's Emotional Tribute To Her Late Husband Stephen 'tWitch' Boss
The previous day, Allison Holker, Stephen's wife of nine years, had informed the public of her husband's demise and asked for privacy for herself and her three children.
"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us," she said, per E! News. "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him."
The mother of three added that his family would remember him with each passing day.
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," the actress said. "I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory.
Condolence Messages Have Been Pouring In For Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' Family
Hollywood's top names have been paying tribute to Stephen all week long, a clear indication that he had impacted many people while he was alive.
"I've known Twitch for over 20 years through the dance community—he always lit everything up….. You will be missed, Sir. Rest Easy." Justin Timberlake, who is friends with Stephen, wrote on Twitter.

Another celebrity pal, Channing Tatum, penned on Instagram, "I have no words..My head or heart can not understand this. There is just so much… i don't know where to begin. I love you. I'll see you again, my friend. Until then."
Talk show host DeGeneres, whom Stephen worked with on her eponymous show for years, also penned an emotional condolence message on her Instagram page.
She said, "He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him. Please send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children."
Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' Death
According to the Los Angeles County Coroner, Stephen died due to a gunshot wound to the head, which was self-inflicted. The 40-year-old reportedly left his residence, where he stayed with his wife and kids, and went to a hotel in Los Angeles to end his life.
The late Dj and dancer was widely recognized for working with DeGeneres on her show. He joined the show in 2014 and was promoted to executive producer in 2020.
He continued on the show until 2022 when the talk show host announced that she was concluding the long-running program. tWitch was also associated with the dance reality show, "So You Think You Can Dance," where he starred as a dancer-turned-judge.
