So for fun, the Chief Meteorologist manages to sneak it into his daily weather reports if you're smart enough to figure it out.

The idea to help people out with the wordle of the day in his weather forecasts began earlier this year. He posted his first video explaining this idea on TikTok at the end of April. "I've got an idea. I'm gonna try this every day. It's called 'Wordle in the Weather' challenge," he said in the video. "I'm gonna take the wordle, today is askew, and it's going in the weather on TV." He then shows a clip from his weather report where he slips the word "askew" casually into his forecast.

Somehow, Krueger, who also posts some of his videos on Instagram, impressively manages to get the wordle into his forecasts with ease. Some words he's had to figure out how to sneak into his weather reports have included; fault, mummy, inept, study, eject, and joust.

"Challenge Accepted"

The meteorologist has even been occasionally challenged by his followers. In a recent video, he was challenged to say "I like feet" in his daily weather report, and he was able to comply with ease. "Challenge accepted," he said in his video.

So just how did he manage to sneak, "I like feet" into his news report? "Take a look at the snow they're getting in parts of Colorado. This is in Steamboat, which by the way is a great place to do some skiing. You can see their recent storm totals, a little more than 14 or 13 inches," he said. "Now, I like feet of snow when I'm skiing, but if you gotta travel around, it could be especially tricky, and they got more snow coming to Colorado."

Krueger's TikTok followers were impressed with how easily he was to slip "I like feet" into a weather report. "That was smooth," one person wrote in the comments. Another added, "I watched this live!!! So surreal to be seeing where I live on TikTok haha."

One follower challenged his methods by saying, "I feel like most of these aren’t actually on air," to which he responded, "100% of my weather videos are from on air. Someone commented on this video saying they saw it live on TV."

Another recent challenge was to say "duck, duck, goose" on air. He again responded to that by saying, "Challenge accepted."

"Three disturbances on the map, these two missing us, this one will get us," he said on air while pointing to a map of the country. "It's kind of like duck, duck, goose."

Smart alecks from all over then dropped into the comment section to suggest some other things to slip into his on-air weather forecasts. "Bet you can’t put a “that’s what she said” in there. Lol. ?," one follower wrote. Another said, "Say "meow" in place of "now" as many times as you can or until a co-host calls you out for it lol. ?"
