Kate Beckinsale Keeps It Underpants For Exceptionally Flexible 'Magic' Yoga

Kate Beckinsale is being a total rubber band, and she's doing it in her underpants. The 46-year-old actress who has already been called "Benjamin Button" for appearing to age backward reminded her 4.3 million Instagram followers what flexible yoga looks like today.

Kate's video, seen below, showed her home in L.A. and in the kitchen-come-dining area that's a standard on her Instagram. The actress currently fronting media outlets for her relationship with 23-year-old Goody Grace was accompanied by another member of her close circle – Kate was with one of her cats.
From a yoga mat and backed by a Judy Garland painting, Kate delivered balance, agility, and some very stretchy limbs while wearing a tiny white sports bra, plus plaid underpants. Caption after the video.

A caption from Kate read: "I was feeling like I was possibly having a magical yogic connection with the animals but It has occurred to me it could just as easily be that I smell like a dead pheasant or some droppings."
The video was a swipe-right deal, with the second part showing a slightly more-clothed stretch-a-thon as Kate wore pajamas and was again accompanied by her other cat – Willow and Clive are Instagram regulars. Kate continues to make headlines for her 2020-commenced relationship with Canadian musician Goody Grace – he's slightly older than Kate's 21-year-old daughter Lily Mo Sheen. Beckinsale regularly finds herself snapped on joint masked outings with the man who "treats her with complete respect," per a Hollywood Life source, but fans don't need anonymous tip-offs.
Kate has been clapping back to trolling comments regarding the significant age gap – "Every relationship I have had has been solely to annoy you," she stingingly replied as a fan asked why she dates guys "that could be your children." More below.

Kate, whose British vibes stay strong on her IG – 2019 saw her go wild in a nightie while unboxing her favorite British candies – has kept the U.K. spirit especially prominent this month. July has seen Kate lounging around in bed in a white t-shirt with a list of typical British comfort foods. The statement tee read: "FISH 'N CHIPS, BANGERS & MASH, SHEPHERDS PIE, CABBAGE ROLLS."
Fans appeared rather unkeen on the cabbage rolls. The fish and chips, however, proved popular.
