'Fast & Furious' Star Jordana Brewster Files For Divorce From Husband

Jordana Brewster has officially pulled the plug on her marriage. The "Fast and the Furious" actress has filed for divorce from her husband, Andrew Form, 13 years after saying "I do." In documents obtained by The Blast, Jordana Brewster filed the paperwork on Wednesday, July 1, just days before the fourth of July holiday weekend. The 40-year-old star and her estranged film producer husband "quietly separated" earlier this year but the news didn't make headlines until last month.

Jordana Brewster and Andrew Form have two minor children together -- sons Rowan, 4, and Julian, 6 -- and are reportedly dedicated to co-parenting. When their split was made public, a source told PEOPLE it was "amicable."

"They have the utmost respect for each other," the insider revealed at the time. "They remain committed to lovingly co-parent their two children as a team." The couple tied the knot in May 2007 in a private ceremony on Nevis Island, just two years after meeting each other on "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" set.

Jordana Brewster starred in the 2006 horror film and Andrew Form produced it. At the time of their engagement, the actress spoke out about the start of their relationship, revealing they kept it mostly private. “We started dating in secret – you know, hanging out in my trailer – because it would have been unprofessional otherwise,” she said during an interview with InStyle Weddings. They wrapped the film in 2005 and were spotted everywhere together.

Andrew Form proposed on their one-year anniversary and presented her with a stunning 3.2-carat emerald-cut diamond ring.

“I was always the girl who said I’d never move in with someone before I got married, and then I just did it,” Brewster told InStyle Weddings. “I’m the biggest hypocrite ever!
