Khalil Khan is suing Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment, Inc over an allegedly "terrifying ordeal that Defendants put Mr. Khan through on October 22, 2022" for a "Jackass" prank.

Per a lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Mr. Khan claims he was "fraudulently lured" by an employee of Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment into performing what he thought was a routine repair job through "TaskRabbit" at a home in Long Beach, California.

However, when Khan showed up to the job at the California home, the owner of the house told him that the last person who came in to do the job was thrown out, so he had "better do it right or he would get beaten up."

Khan claims the man said "I know jiu-jitsu" sinisterly, and so Mr. Khan began to fear for his safety. However, he did not leave because he wanted to just get the job done and then get out of there.

It was not until later that Khan learned that the owner of the house, along with everyone involved in this scenario, were actors.

Khan said the lamp in the room went out within moments of him stepping inside the house, which was followed by a young girl, who was around the age of 10-12, came running into the room crying.

"You killed my pony!" the girl started yelling at Khan, who then started denying he had any part in that, however both the girl and the "owner" insisted that he was the one who cut off the electricity, which alo shut down the life support machine that was keeping the little girl's pony alive.

Khan was then led into a bedroom inside the home, where he saw what he believed was a real pony, attached to a machine that looked like a life support machine.

As he was trying to take everything in and process the events happening around him, Khan then noticed someone outside of the home who began towing away his car, without his permission.

Khan pulled out his phone and began to call the police, but he paused when one of the "tow trucker men" came inside and told him that they found cocaine in his car and proceeded to hold up what looked like a bag of white powder. Khan was horrified and shocked, and denied knowing anything about it.

"At this point, Plaintiff (Khan) was in a panic. In the span of just minutes, he had been threatened with being beaten up, told he botched the repair job, accused of murdering a pony, had his car taken without permission, and now was being told he would be arrested for possession of illicit narcotics."

That is when Johnny Knoxville showed up on the scene and told Khan that the whole thing was a prank. According to the lawsuit, Knoxville expected Khan would find the prank amusing, and would quickly jump on the few hundred dollars in cash that Knoxville's associate offered him, however, Khan was "not amused, and remains unamused." He has been "badly shaken and traumatized by this episode."

The lawsuit states that he has been experiencing anxiety and worry, lack of sleep, and distress since the incident took place. "Khan is worried that if the episode becomes public, it will subject him to embarrassment and ridicule, and potentially cause harm to his reputation and business as well," the lawsuit continued.

Khan is currently suing both Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment, Inc. for compensatory, special, and punitive damages, and costs of the lawsuit.
