Kate Beckinsale Shuts Down Instagram Troll With 'Perfect Answer' On Dating Younger Men

English actress Kate Beckinsale came under fire from a fan, again, over why she dates younger men. In true Beckinsale style, she clapped back at the so-called fan and shut them up for good.

Her other fans rallied around her, for the unnecessary and mean comment, and also for her epic reply.

The comment was also particularly out of context because it was posted on a video Kate made of her and her cat chilling at home because Coronavirus had made it impossible to go anywhere.

The "Underworld" actress, who was also lauded for her role in "Love & Friendship" and "Pearl Harbor" has been criticized by trolls as well as the media for dating younger guys, specifically 26-year-old "Saturday Night Live" comedian Pete Davidson, and recently 22-year-old musician Goody Grace.

While there is a considerable age difference between them and the 46-year-old Beckinsale, she can't quite understand what the fuss is all about.

Whatever be the case, she isn't one to sit down and take it quietly and is happy to clap back at the haters.

Of course, according to trolls, this is Kate Beckinsale having a "midlife crisis".

The comment in question was written in a completely unrelated video and it showed Beckinsale having some crazy fun with her cat and googly eyes. She captioned the video as "Nightclubs are closed but we have googly eyes and mostly it’s the same except less risk of illness and no one has wee’d all over the ladies loo seat".

An Instagram account by the strange name of @testerrrname_plzignore wrote to Beckinsale, "Why do you keep dating guys that could be your children?"

Beckinsale shouted back at the question, saying "every relationship I have had has been solely to annoy you"...

For many users following the post, this was a mic drop moment. As one put it succinctly, "cause she's Kate Beckinsale and she can... They aren't minors number 1 and number 2 it's her life ain't sh*t u can do about it..."

The user did not give up easy, further trying to get a reply by commenting, "I’m not annoyed. I’m really just genuinely curious. You are so pretty and can have anyone you want. So why these young guys?"

The troll got trolled by other Instagram users for making such personal remarks and asking invasive questions...

One fan wrote back, "because everything in life is based on how pretty one is. And "have anyone you want"? People are humans, not objects. I suggest you figure out your personal life before attacking others."

Another comment read, "why do you feel it's ok to ask someone that you don't know about their private life? Furthermore, why do you care? Comments like yours is why the Internet mostly sucks!"
