Viewers watched the "Bachelor In Paradise" reunion in shock as one of the favorite couples from the beach, Tyler Norris and Brittany Galvin, announced they had broken up.
Though the two did not get engaged on the beach, they left "Paradise" together and talked about meeting one another's family and visiting each other's hometowns to make it work outside of Mexico.
Unfortunately, things did not last too long as the couple announced at the reunion that they were broken up.
Brittany Galvin Slams "BIP" Editing
On the reunion, Tyler came out first, alone. According to the New Jersey native, Brittany broke up with him via FaceTime while she was traveling the world to London and Italy with friends.
Brittany then came onto the stage, confirming the two are no longer together, but then went on to accuse Tyler of not telling the whole story.
After the "BIP" reunion aired, Brittany went onto the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast hosted by "The Bachelorette" alum Becca Kufrin and confessed that there was much more to the conversation than what aired.
"When a lot of people only watch the reunion, just to kind of see the recap, it was a little bit shocking with all the backlash that came from it because watching it back, what was a 20-minute conversation, only 60 seconds gets shown," Brittany said, "So it was a little bit hard."

Many members of Bachelor Nation apparently attacked Brittany on social media after the reunion, blaming her for treating Tyler poorly. "I got a bunch of backlash from [the reunion], and I genuinely didn't feel like I came across cold hearted," Brittany told Becca on the podcast.
"I didn't expect to get such hurtful comments about my physical attributes or whatever it may be. People are a lot meaner online!... A lot of people are like, 'She faked the whole season!' I really didn't," she continued.
In regards to the rest of the conversation that Bachelor Nation did not see, Brittany said, "[The editing] didn't really show the part where we were going back and forth between the conversation; it just kind of showed me being very blunt -- and I don't want to say mean, but just not having a lot of respect for Tyler and he was just kind of hurting."
At the end of the day, she admitted, "There's two sides to every story, and you only see a small part of a way bigger picture."
Brittany Galvin Takes To Social Media To Address Breakup
After the reunion, Brittany took to Instagram to share some kind word about her ex, Tyler Norris. "In my life I've come to realize there is never going to be a right time to go about a break up," she began. "That being said, I truly wish nothing but the best for Tyler. I have the utmost respect for him and cherished our time together. Two good people don't automatically make a great couple and that's okay. It's very easy to absorb what you see on TV as the truth, but in reality it's just a small piece of a larger story. A huge thank you to Bachelor Nation for all the love and support throughout my journey."
Concluding, Brittany wrote, 'Going forward "my only rule is never fall in love at the jersey shore'😔🤘🏼 ."
