Chelsea Handler Is Happy To Be Single During Thanksgiving Because Of THIS Interesting Perk

While people love being single for several reasons, Chelsea Handler loves being single for her bed space. 

The American host ended her relationship with her boyfriend, Jo Koy, in July and has been single since then. In a recent update, she disclosed an exciting perk of being single. 

In the revealing video update on Instagram, the “Chelsea Lately ” host told her fans the upside of being single, serving as a form of encouragement to single people.

“Oh, hi there, you caught me waking up from my slumber enjoying every inch of my bed.” The video began as she took off her blinders. “Do you know why? It’s because I’m single.”

The camera then zoomed in to show the wide plush bed with Handler in the center while her dogs lay on each side. “If I want to sleep diagonally or upside down or like a starfish or on all fours,” she explained as she playfully tried all the positions.

She continued detailing more advantages of being single, “Sleeping alone means you get the best sleep every night. You don’t have to worry about your partner snoring or them slashing you in the middle of the night with their big toe.”

Before the video ended, the writer advised, “You deserve to do what you want in your bed whenever you want.” In the post's caption, the tv host spread encouragement to other single people, writing, “For all those single people out there who are getting bullied. Have a blessed day!”

Fans and other celebrities concurred with the host’s reasons. Movie director Angie Kuman wrote, “Amen, sister!! Sideways starfish all the way.”

Although single, the Tv personality previously stated her sexual preference doesn’t include a “Throuple.”  Earlier this month, we updated that the comedian shared her sexual preference in a clip that explicitly addressed and warned couples to stop approaching her to have a romantic relationship with them. 

She began the video by saying, “This is a PSA to couples that are looking for a third party to be in their throuple. I’m not the one. I joke around about being in throuples but I am in platonic throuples.”

She further added, “I don’t want to duck a couple. Okay? I’m not interested in you approaching me. I’ve been approached by two couples. Now that I am single and on the market, people are expecting things from me that I am not ready to give or even hear about.”

The actress is known for airing her opinions without restrictions, and it was no exception when she gave her view on a controversial tweet about childlessness.

The tweet read, “Millenials who are very cavalier about not having children are in for a shock when they enter their 40s & realize life is only half over. What do you do at that point? Keep trying to be sexy & have fun. I expect to see a lot of sadness & confusion about what to do at that point.”

The actress put out a video where she passionately addressed the controversial tweet. She called the tweet's author an “a**hole” before saying, “Yeah, you keep the party going. The whole point of not having kids is to keep the party going! You can have fun. You can experiment with drugs, you can read books if you like, you watch tv until four in the morning, or you can go to bed at seven”. 

According to the “Funsize” actress, this is “the luxury of being an independent person with no responsibilities to little people.” 

The comedian seems to be enjoying the single life as shortly after she and her ex-boyfriend announced their separation, she took a vacation.

As we previously updated, she shared snaps of herself relaxing in Europe while taking beer which is a newfound hobby. Fans would recall that the “Chelsea Lately” host announced her separation from her boyfriend of almost a year in a lengthy post. 

The caption read, “In anticipation of celebrating our first year together, Jo and I recorded this video early, but as many of you have noticed, it is with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided together that it is best for us to take a break from our relationship right now.”

The statement further read, “ This man blew my heart open with love and because of him, my life experience has changed forever. To be loved and adored by @jokoy has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. He renewed my faith in men, in love, in being 100% who I am, and I’ve never been more optimistic for the future.”
