Nudacris Versus The Christmas Tree: Who Will Win?

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but for Nudacris the energetic sphynx, it's beginning to look like a mission to take the tree down.

In a new video shared to TikTok, Nudacris' owner Lisa Holder introduces the curious naked cat to his first Christmas tree. The video is captioned, "So this is Nudacris is very first Christmas and that means his first Christmas tree. Hopefully the tree will survive!"

Nudacris sees the sparkly, lit tree and decided to check its vibe. He crawls around under the tree wearing his soft bread cone after being neutered a little over a week ago. As he sniffs around trying to figure out if it's friend or foe, Holder said, "I don't think we will decorate it this year because that'll probably be carnage from Nudacris."

She continued explaining that this is his first year experiencing a Christmas tree. "Hopefully the tree withstands Nudacris," she said as he begins to chew on a branch with lights on it. She then requests that the hyperactive kitty doesn't climb the tree.

Some of Nudacris' fans and followers had suggestions for Holder regarding the holiday tree and how to keep it from being taken out by the menacing naked guy. "Couple ideas: try a 2d light tree in the wall, or I saw some cat resistant ornament hangers," one person suggested.

Another said, "Are we starting a pool on how long it takes Nudacris to climb the tree??" to which one follower responded, "I give it an hour at BEST. 😂😂😂" and another added, "He will be in that tree by morning 😂😂"

In a follow up video, Nudacris is still sniffing around the tree and trying to figure out exactly what's going on and why the tree is suddenly there. "Remember what we talked about Nudacris. There's no chewing or climbing," Holder said to the naked kitty.

She then explained that she feels the cone will stop him at this point, but she still doesn't trust the sweet and sassy kitty because he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. We then see the kitty going towards the back of the tree to examine the electrical outlet and cord. "That's not to be chewed either,' Holder said as she sends him away from the cord. "You don't have that many lives."

Other cat owners could relate to the Christmas tree confusion and chaotic kitty reactions. One person dropped into the comments to say, "My cat knocked the tree down twice and stole the wire ornament hangers in less than 5 hrs 😳😂" and another added, "It's gonna be a looong Christmas season. 😂🥰"

Another video shared after the introduction to the tree videos shows that Nudacris isn't always being a menace to the house and the other cats in it. "I just had to jump on and show you how he sleeps with his cone. How freaking cute is that?" she said. "He's such a good looking man, and from the back you see that he's a mess."

One follower mentioned, "He’s so sweet. WHEN HE SLEEPS." Another said, "Awww. Sleepy Nuda! I love it."
