Heather Rae Young Is 'Feeling Lucky' On Thanksgiving!

Pregnant Heather Rae Young is basking in the euphoria of the thanksgiving season, and her go-to word for gratitude is "Lucky."

The soon-to-be mom warmed the hearts of her three million followers with a thankful post she shared in celebration of this year's Thanksgiving. The update seemed extremely special to the reality star, who has experienced some challenges during her pregnancy.

Taking to Instagram, Heather reminded fans of the joy she got from the baby shower she and her husband, Tarek El Moussa threw for their loved ones. The winter wonderland-themed bash, which took place at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, California, happened on November 12.

As seen in the pictures the 35-year-old shared, she was surrounded by her closest friends, including many of her "Selling Sunset" costars like Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Davina Potratz, Nicole Young, and Bre Tiesi.

Heather's stepdaughter Taylor Reese, the "Real Housewives of Orange County," stars Heather Dubrow and Gretchen Rossi were also on hand to enjoy the festivities, which included an intimate dinner and some mocktails by the pool.

The soon-to-be mom highlighted her growing baby bump for her big day in a sheer nude-lined floor-length dress. The gown featured glitzy blue and gold embellishments and a "Baby El Moussa" appliqué at the bottom.

Per the images, Heather posed with her husband, her mom Theresa, and her stepdaughter. In the last slide, the model managed to snag a shot with her mother and her mother-in-law, Dominique El Moussa-Arnold. The post's caption read:

"feeling lucky to have our health and our growing boy in my belly, watching and feeling him move is an experience like no other. It's startling sometimes he kicks so hard. Active baby like his daddy. We have the health of our parents, Tay & Bray, and so grateful to my dream husband... genuinely couldn't ask for more right now."

The "Tarek's Flip Side" star seemed to be following her husband, whom The Blast reported shared a sweet Thanksgiving sentiment on Instagram. The four-day-old post included a picture of the real estate investor and his wife cozying up to each other on a boat. 

While the "Malibu Horror" actress donned a fluffy black robe, Tarek looked happy in a matching jacket which he used to keep the chill away. Expressing his feelings about Thanksgiving, the 41-year-old wrote:

"With Thanksgiving week starting tomorrow, there are a few things I want to say: Number one is that I couldn't be more thankful to have two healthy kids, a beautiful and healthy wife, and a baby boy on the way."

He pointed out that he was also thankful for his followers and fans who had been with him during his eventful two decades journey. Tarek added that they would be enjoying the holiday in La Quinta along with a little bit of business.

Shortly after Heather's baby shower, The Blast noted how moving the first photos she shared of the events were. In the first slide posted to Instagram, the real estate agent looked breathtaking in her sheer halter-neck dress. 

Her blonde hair was pulled into a high ponytail with a side part falling over her bosom. The following image was a far shot of the complete look, including a high slit highlighting her long, toned legs. 

A swipe to the left unveiled the heartwarming shot of Heather sharing a hug with her stepdaughter. The 12-year-old stood out in a short blue dress as she rested her head on the expectant mother's shoulder and laced her hand on the visible bump. 

Other slides featured the unborn baby's grandmothers flanking Heather in front of a balloon setup and Heather's sister Jenna Young Piper and sister-in-law Angelique El Moussa posing with the realtor.

Garnering over 200k likes, the post ignited a flurry of conversation about her look in the comments. "Stunning. So excited for you !!!!" one giddy fan commented. Later, others began chiming, "It was perfect, and we are so excited for you," "Amazing pics," "Gorgeous," and "That picture of you and your bonus daughter needs to be in a frame. It actually made me tear up. It's absolutely beautiful."
