Tom Brady Is Making Something Other Than Football A Priority In His Life

Tom Brady is reevaluating his life after divorce.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB has finally realized that being present for his kids is his top priority.

It appears he’s had some type of reckoning following his divorce from Gisele Bündchen.

During the Monday episode of his Sirius XM podcast, “Let’s Go!” the footballer said, “I just wanna be the best dad I could be.”

You’ll recall one reason for his divorce was due to his obsession with football and coming out of NFL retirement.

Brady said it was his own parents who made him want to be a better dad.

He said his success was enabled by his parents encouraging words, “You can do it, son.”

“I just want to be that for my kids,” Brady admitted.

The former Patriots MVP has three children, two with Gisele and one with his ex, Bridget Moynahan.

He has Benjamin (12) and Vivian (9) with the Brazilian supermodel, and John (15) with Moynahan.

Since the divorce, Brady has revolved his life around football and his kids.

Gisele on the other hand has been spending time with her son’s jiu-jitsu instructor.

The former Victoria’s Secret model was recently spotted out and about with her son’s jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.

We reported on the newly single mother’s outing in Costa Rica with the hunky self-defense instructor. He’s from Miami, Fl.

According to sources close to the supermodel, they are NOT dating, but she is sending a message to her ex-husband.

“It certainly looks like Gisele is showing off — and showing Tom what he’s missing,” a source told Page Six. “I have to think that Gisele is sending Tom a message.”

Brady and Gisele often vacationed with their children in Costa Rica and owned a house there together. She got to keep it following their split.

What’s more is that Gisele has known Valente for quite some time and has doted on him in the past.

A little over a year ago, Gisele and Valente did a sexy photoshoot together for Dust Magazine. She talked about her love for jiu-jitsu.

“I have always been a seeker and a curious person who always wants to dive deeper. It’s actually because of my son that I met Joaquim,” she said in the interview.

“I have a friend who told me about the Valente brothers and their martial art school, and since I wanted to steer my almost teenage son in the right direction, I thought he might be interested in this.”

She continued, “Initially I wasn’t even considering it for myself, to be honest with you. But when I brought him to the first class and started talking with Joaquim, I realized that it was much more than self-defense and became interested in the philosophy. It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself. It sounded like something I definitely wanted to learn about and then I was hooked.”

Gisele and Brady’s nine-year-old daughter also takes lessons from Valente. She said it makes her little one feel “so empowered.”

The timing of Gisele and Valente’s hangout is very interesting.

There was reportedly no cheating on either side, but those close to Brady and Gisele feel there might be more to the story.
