Britney Spears Is 'Feeling Myself' In A Silk Nightgown

Singer Britney Spears is "feeling myself" in a new Instagram post that features the 40-year-old pop star back at her old house.

It's been about a year since the "Hold Me Closer" singer was freed from her controversial conservatorship, but fans are concerned that not much has changed, as she is still posting old photos and videos that have fans concerned.

In her latest Instagram video, the "Toxic" singer posted a one-minute and three-second long clip that featured her standing in front of the camera in a long silk nightgown. In the video, she plays with her hair and runs her hand over her body as her dog, Sawyer, jumps up on her at several points in the video, at one point putting both hands on her chest.

The song playing in the background is Justin Bieber’s “Honest” featuring Don Toliver. In the caption, Britney wrote, “First time showing me in my nightgown !!! They are all silk and beautiful ??? !!! Here’s me this morning FEELING MYSELF with my baby ?? !!! ‘Honest’ by Justin Bieber ??? !!! Psss I had a cup of coffee first of course ☕️!!!”

“Does anyone ever see these posts and almost can't imagine THIS is the Britney Spears we all grew up with? From that....TO THIS? It's almost unbelievable. I mean how did she end up like this? From Baby One More Time and Oops to THIS. It's unreal...” one fan commented. Many fans agreed with the comment, with one fan saying, “I’m glad to see someone else finally say this. I know it sounds crazy but sometimes I think maybe it isn’t the same person.”

Other fans were just flat-out confused. “Something isn’t right here,” one fan wrote. “At this point, I’m so confused,” another follower agreed. “I really don’t think she’s making these videos to be posted on here. Where is she really?” a third fan asked.

There is also a lot of concern that she keeps posting videos from her old house. In June, she married Iranian actor Sam Asghari and the two were supposed to move into a new house together. However, Britney only posted one video that was allegedly from the backyard of that new house, and that video was quickly deleted.

Since then, she has only been posting old photos and videos that feature her old living room in the background. At this point in time, Britney has never explained to her fans exactly why she is still at her old house, but the packing boxes are gone and the furniture looks like it's back where it was before.

Fans have continually asked Britney why she is still at her old house, and it doesn’t look like they’ll stop until they get answers. “Didn’t you move from this house??” one follower asked. Other fans allege that Sam has been posting from the new house and the two aren’t living together months after being married.

It’s true that the couple has spent some time apart lately; in another deleted Instagram video, Britney claimed that Sam was supposed to be gone a week due to work. However, he ended up having to be gone for at least a month as he worked on a new project.

Other fans are concerned that Britney isn’t as free as she seems to be. The “Stronger” singer adopted Sawyer when he was only a small puppy on a vacation in Maui in February of this year. Although fans feel that the videos are “old” since Britney is still at her old house, Sawyer does look to have aged a few months, so the video was likely filmed more recently than it appears.

“She said she moved with her husband and will show the new house, she didn’t move as all the boxes are gone now and she is still stuck in there,” one user pointed out. “The dog was a puppy months ago and now it’s bigger yet she is still in that same house she was locked up in. She isn’t free she is still locked up.”

It remains to be seen when, or if, Britney will address fans' concerns and let them know what's really going on. It doesn't seem likely, as Britney was heard off-screen during Sam's Instagram Live, saying, that she doesn't want to talk to "them."
