The pop music songstress celebrates her birthday today, and her fans are making sure her day is widely celebrated on social media. CRJ 'stans' congregated on Twitter to leave the singer birthday wishes, and to chat about all things Carly Rae.

A full decade after the infectious pop hit that would make her famous, Jepsen is still crafting pop hits that have long solidified her career!

The Blast took a look at Jepsen's latest album, "The Loneliest Time", her first in three years, and shared some insight into the record which was released on October 21st.

The now-37-year-old began working on the album two years ago. Among countless other situations, history will likely remember 2020 for being the year many struggled with feelings of loneliness following the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jepsen knew she would tackle the concept of loneliness and the idea of having strong feelings on the album.

"It's been a lifelong inquiry that I've had with myself about my relationship to loneliness," she explained in an interview with The Cut ahead of the album's release. "The idea that you have to be happy by yourself- like, 'Go ahead and be happy!'- that's bu**s*it to me. You become really happy on your own when you know you've got connections out there," she continued.

The "Go Find Yourself Or Whatever" expanded on her perspective on loneliness in the interview by highlighting how universal of an emotion it is.

"Loneliness is a similar thing to love," she continued in the interview, "It's felt everywhere by everyone at different moments in their life."

Jepsen's Fans Make Sure The Pop Star Does Not Have 'The Loneliest Time' On Her Birthday With Twitter Tributes!

Jepsen's fans celebrated her birthday by marking the occasion on Twitter in lots of ways!

Some fans decided to listen to her discography on her big day!

"happy birthday to the god that is carly rae jepsen," one fan tweeted, along with a screenshot of her 2015 album "Emotion."

Another fan took time to write about what the singer means to them.

"I'm so grateful I took the time to listen to her discography randomly one night because her music has helped me rediscover the playfulness of life. she's queen. she's mother. she's a year older" they tweeted along with an emoji of hands forming a heart.

Another fan included multiple videos of Jepsen performing live in their tribute tweet!

"happy birthday to one of the biggest gems in the world queen @carlyraejepsen! Thanks for giving me amazing escapes with your music and concerts as well as an amazing community of fans that are some of my best Twitter friends. Love you to the moon and back," their tribute concludes.

"Happy birthday to my second and preferred MOTHER @carlyraejepsen," another celebratory tribute begins, "Thank you for being the most adorable blonde on the planet, musically gifted, challenged only by Apollo and maybe Sufjan Stevens But most importantly, thank you for making 'GIMMIE LOVE' the best song in HERstory."
