Jason Statham & Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s Relationship Timeline

Jason Statham, 52, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 33, have been dating for over a decade. The two met in 2010 while filming the movie “Transformers.”

In the beginning, Statham and Huntington-Whiteley kept their relationship a secret.

But, while attending that year’s Coachella, the pair were caught exchanging plenty of PDA...which confirmed their romance.

Six months after meeting, the two moved in together and went public with their relationship; despite their 20-year age gap.

During a 2012 interview with Elle magazine, Huntington-Whiteley opened up about her desire to have children.

I always see myself working, but definitely being a mum will be a big part of me," she told the magazine.

"Look, I think my career is very self-indulgent. It's all about me ... So it is very self-involved. I think there is naturally a point where you think, 'I don't care about myself as No. 1 anymore. I want to care about other things,” the model added.

In 2016, Statham and Huntington-Whiteley got engaged. The following year, the genetically blessed couple announced they were expecting their first child.

On February 2017, Huntington-Whiteley shared a photo of her growing belly with the caption:

“Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!! Lots of love Rosie x ❤?? Photo by @jasonstatham.”

Their son was born on July 24, 2017.

And while the couple has been engaged for over three years, it doesn’t look like they’re in a rush to make things legal.

“I think the time will come. We’ve been so focused on our work for so long, and Jack came along. We definitely talk about it, we’re looking forward to that time, it’s also not a huge priority for us, we’re so happy,” Huntington-Whiteley toldExtra in 2018.

She continued, “I think it will be fun to do it when the baby’s grown up a bit and he can be involved in the wedding.”

The pair have been busy raising their son who will be three this summer.

During a recent Instagram Q&A, Huntington-Whiteley gave fans an update on how her little boy is doing.

“Currently we are attempting potty training!” she said.

A fan asked whether he had an American accent, to which Huntington-Whiteley responded, “I'm really proud to say he has a proper English accent and he does have the same booming loud voice as Jason, the pair of them are sooo noisy!”

'He looks very much like me when I was young but with Jason's eye color,” she added.

Another fan asked whether the couple’s 20-year age gap makes their relationship difficult.

The "Mad Max" actress stated, "Nope! Never been an issue! Age is nothing but a number!"

Statham and Huntington-Whiteley aren't the only couples in Holywood with huge age gaps.

For example, Michael Douglas, 75, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, 50, have a 25-year age gap and they’ve been together since 1998 and married for about 20 years.
