Meghan King's New Year Resolutions: Wellness Retreats and Masturbating

Meghan King has huge plans for the new year and is letting fans in on it! 

The former star of the reality show "The Real Housewives of Orange County" recently informed her numerous fans of her intention to grow and change for the better in 2023. She plans to achieve just that via a "wellness retreat," which she announced on her Instagram Story in a detailed 57 seconds video.

As seen on King's post, she believes the only new year resolution her followers would need is her 2023 retreat, "Gaia Haven," and she intends to accept only "30 female participants" who want to grow.

In the clip, she began, "So the photo shoot is done, and I'm sitting here with Jeremy going over outtakes. I can't even believe some of these photos we got, but that's not what I'm here to talk to you about."

This led to her making a big announcement about her new year's resolution. She declared, "I'm hosting a getaway, a workshop, s retreat, um, a wellness retreat for spiritual wellness and mental wellness."

At the same time, the blonde-haired celeb promised in a sing-song voice that there would be "masturbating" before revealing the event's date, February 9 to 11, and urging fans to mark their calendars.

Afterward, she mentioned the number of women the retreat would be open to before listing what would be expected at the getaway. She explained, "For this retreat, we will have a psychic; we're going to have reiki, massage, hiking, small groups, journaling, meditation."

King added that she would spend the whole period with the female participants, which she believed would change their "entire lives," including hers, "for the better." She rounded off her announcement, saying, "It's in February, beginning of February, so if you want to have a great 2023, stick with me."

The reality star looked radiant as always, with her blond tresses flowing around her shoulders while her flawless complexion was accentuated by the bright red turtleneck top she wore.

She is clearly making room for changes in her life, as The Blast recently reported that she seems to have a new beau in her life. King revealed the update in an odd Insta Story post, baffling her followers as she narrated a short experience involving her and her supposed new boyfriend.

In the posted video, she had on a pink hoodie and a black baseball cap while she filmed from the comfort of her living room. The TV personality began by explaining that she went through a "terribly mortifying event" over the weekend with her partner before noting that it was something that should not be shared in a relationship. She further said:

"Like some things are just better kept within the privacy of our own selves space. Like farting, like pooping, like passing a burb."

King waved her arms a lot while unburdening her heart and added a few other things she categorized as private, like picking one's nose in front of their boyfriend or "like so many grooming things."

She hinted that she may have done one of those things over the weekend, after which she asked fans to share the "most embarrassing mortifying stories" they have experienced with their partners. 

King recently turned 38, and she celebrated the significant milestone in her typical style, flooding her Instagram with a load of pictures. The Blast noted that most of the pictures included recovery and post-operation shots from her recent nose lift, with some showing her posing with Dr. Niccole of CosmetiCare.

In the caption, the Bravo star wished herself "Happy 38, MK," after confessing that she did the nose job for herself, which made her feel good. She also urged her followers to visit a blog post titled "A Mom's Metamorphosis," where she opened up about her plastic surgery.

The write-up highlighted the reason behind her decision while also revealing all the surgeries she underwent since the end of her first marriage to Brad McDill.
