Nothing beats the joy of a parent seeing their child succeed in life! This was presumably the feeling Mathew Knowles had after hearing the news of his daughter, Beyoncé, taking the number one spot as the highest nominee for the 65th annual Grammy.
The former manager of "Destiny's Child" took to the bird app to celebrate his daughter's mind-blowing achievement while also reminiscing on her humble beginnings.
Although there were speculations that the pair's relationship declined after Beyoncé fired Knowles from being her manager, the "Cuff It" singer clarified that she and her father only parted ways on a business level and that she still loved him dearly.

The proud father took to Twitter to post a jaw-dropping picture of the "Break My Soul" singer alongside words of commendation dedicated to the pop icon for her legendary milestone.
Queen B looked breathtaking wearing an off-shoulder black leather outfit paired with matching hand-sleeve leather gloves. She rocked a curly blonde hairstyle that adorned her head and wore light makeup, giving her whole look sultry yet bossy vibes.
The mother-of-three appeared to be giving a speech from a previous grammy event after winning an award. The record executive proceeded to hail the "Single Ladies" songstress in a lengthy caption, writing, "When Beyoncé was just beginning her musical career, I remember that her goal was to win a Grammy."
He continued, "I am so proud of her latest achievement in becoming the most nominated musical act in The Recording Academy's history— a distinction she holds with son-in-law, Jay-Z!"
He further added, "It goes to show, you can set a goal in life and not just achieve it, but completely smash through it. Many of you are dreamers, not just in music but in all aspects of life. Remember that your dreams are just the beginning of your potential, for what you believe is your ceiling is often your floor. This isn't just true for Beyoncé, it's true for you too!"
Motivating his followers, he wrote, "Belief in your passion, it was given to you so that you could pursue it!" The doting father concluded his wordy post by giving a shout-out to Beyoncé, writing, "Congratulations to my daughter, and thank you for inspiring people all over the world to shoot for their own greatness."

Per reports, Beyoncé is now on the same pedestal as her husband Jay-Z after tying with him for the most grammy nominated artist of all time for her latest album, "Renaissance."
The "Church Girl" singer bagged a total of nine nominations for the 65th Grammys following her seventh studio album. The "Renaissance" album got nominated for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year.
The Recording Academy nomination announcement brings the songwriter's total nominations in her career so far to 88, placing her side-by-side with Jay-Z and making her the first female artist to attain that kind of success.
Knowles Gushed Over His Two Talented Daughters
Beyoncé's new Grammy milestone comes after weeks after her father opened up about her career. The record producer did not only play the role of a father to Beyoncé and her sister Solange, but he was also instrumental in their journey to stardom.
He served as the manager of the two sisters at the beginning of their careers. Per The Blast, the former college professor took a trip down memory lane as he reminisced on old times and celebrated his two successful daughters.
Knowles took to Instagram to detail the "Partition" singer's musical journey. He shared a throwback picture of himself and Beyonce having fun.
Captioning the post, he wrote, "I remember not knowing what Beyonce was doing at this very moment, but I could see the big smile on her face and could sense that she was having fun. So I smiled and went along with it because it was making her happy"
He further added, "We all want to see our children excel academically, athletically, artistically, socially, and so on. Sometimes we need to let them have fun and let their spirits guide them to be the best they could possibly be."
A fan, after seeing the author's post, requested he perform the same gesture for his second daughter Solange. He gladly agreed to this and dedicated a post to the "Almeda" singer's career on Instagram.
He described Solange as an artist who wanted to trust her instinct. In his words, "She loved music, but she just loved it from a different perspective…. Her own!"
