Kate Beckinsale clocked herself a sweet 1 million+ views to a very skimpy video of herself running around her house on Friday night. The 46-year-old actress – whose age-defying body has had Instagram calling her "Benjamin Button" – now finds her weekend kick-off fully viral, with the Brit's comments section also overflowing as fans slide into her DMs.

Kate is currently fronting media outlets for her new relationship with 22-year-old Canadian musician Goody Grace – less than half her age, the "Underworld" actress' new man is also one year older than her 21-year-old daughter Lily Mo Sheen.

Seen below, Kate's video showed her in her L.A. home and bopping around her wood-paneled floors with her Pomeranian pooch. The star's ripped and gym-honed body was likely the focal point for her 4.2 million Instagram followers, with a white Nike sports bra turning even skimpier as Kate rocked the tiniest plaid underpants known to man – keep scrolling for the "Pearl Harbor" actress' insane body.

Kate was barefoot as she entertained her cat. Comments to the video suggest Instagram was more than entertained.

A caption from Kate shouted out COVID-19:

"If life ever goes back to normal I might be in trouble as my expectation of a morning greeting is now unrealistically high."

Currently sitting at over 1.13 million views, the video also launched a giant wave of comments – the "15th view" from one fan was upped by another saying they'd viewed it "146" times.

"?What a body ??," one fan wrote.

"Are you a vampire? ?‍♀️ 46 and haven’t aged a day over 29," another said.

Kate made headlines last week for showcasing her killer bikini body in a sporty cover for Women's Health. As The Blast reported, the actress was dubbed a hypocrite for fronting a health magazine when she herself is a regular smoker – known for her Instagram clap-backs, Kate swooped into the comments section after a fan wrote:

" Talking about health??? But you smoke like a chimney!! ???"

"I actually don’t but you know what’s funny- whenever someone makes a snide comment nine times out of ten their profile says GOOD VIBES ONLY which I must tell you, as a mate , you’re not fully acing ?," the star fired back.

Kate had initially fronted Women's Health back in December 2019, with the feature seeing the actress reveal an ultra-clean eating plan including grass-fed butter, plus a total avoidance of stimulants – that's a no to caffeine or alcohol. Kate further compared dark chocolate to "cocaine" – "If I ate too much dark chocolate, it would be like someone else taking cocaine," the said.

More recently, and seemingly in defense of her relationship with 22-year-old Goody Grace, the star said:

“I don’t mean doing drugs and drinking and partying, because I never am, but being goofy and going out and not going, ‘Oh my god, I’m going to sit home and anticipate menopause while crocheting.’ Unless you’re doing that, it somehow seems to be risqué, which is just ridiculous to me.”
