Margot Robbie Clears The Air About Crying Over Cara Delevingne

Margot Robbie is no crybaby.

The ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ actress is adamant she was not spotted crying about her friend Cara Delevingne.

In fact, Margot says she was not even visiting Cara when paparazzi took pics of her appearing to be crying.

Margot and Cara became friends in 2016 after filming "Suicide Squad" together.

In her cover story for Vanity Fair’s December/January issue, the Australian native said she was “not crying” in the viral photos.

“I had something in my eye,” the actress told VF. “I’m trying to grab my face mask, trying to hold a coffee cup and I couldn’t get a hair outta my eye.”

She continued to explain she wasn’t even outside of Cara’s home when the photos were snapped.

Margot said she was “outside an Airbnb that [she] was renting for five days.”

At the time the photos were taken, Cara was raising a lot of concerns among those close to her.

The Blast reported on Cara’s erratic behavior in September.

In photos obtained by Daily Mail, Cara could be seen shoeless with her dog at Van Nuys Airport on September 5th. She arrived around noon with her assistant in toe.

She appeared strung out and jittery upon arrival. Cara sat on Jay-Z’s Puma private jet for 45-minutes before deplaning with her dog and entourage.

It’s unclear if she was kicked off the jet or if she willingly left.

Photographers on the scene say she was smoking cigarettes while on her cell phone, which she dropped several times.

Cara’s luggage was taken off of the private jet and put back in the car that brought her to the airport.

According to sources, these frightening photos of the actress were taken days after she spent time at the Burning Man Festival. The outlet reported her eyes had dark rings around them, they were sunken in and she hadn’t bathed or eaten while attending the festival.

“She had just spent days in the desert, not eating all that much and she looked disheveled because she hadn't had time to scrub up yet,” the source revealed. “Her friends are worried about her generally after some erratic behavior, but she has a good group around her. Her sister was at the festival with her. She wasn't alone and she has her back.”

What makes the situation look worse for Cara is that she could be seen with her feet dangling out the window of a black SUV as it exited the airport.

Cara recently celebrated her 30th birthday and celebrated on a yacht with friends overseas.

A friend who encountered Cara in Ibiza told DM, “She was more messy out there than she had been in a while but says she is OK, fine about turning 30 and having a great time. She will think that the pictures are funny — she doesn't think there's anything wrong with the way she is living her life and says she is absolutely fine.”
