Ariel Winter Stuns In Plunging Babydoll Look With An Unexpected Wet Paper Towel

Ariel Winter straight-up gave Instagram the heads-up today – "swipe to the end" were the 22-year-old actress' instructions as she posted a photo-heavy batch of images that definitely offered a contrast in the final photo. Ariel's Tuesday update saw the "Modern Family" star break her silence following her April 24 post – while the star has made headlines for spending $227 on takeout and forgetting her pants on an L.A. gorcery run, Instagram posts have been few and far between from Ariel amid COVID-19. Today definitely made up for the silence.

Ariel's photos – and there were lots of them – are below. They showed the ABC face in babydoll mode, surrounded by pink, and wearing plenty of it as she posed showing off the 30 pounds she's lost. Shot against pastels and going daring with a plunging zip top that flaunted her killer cleavage, Ariel had channeled her stawberry-blonde bombshell as she rocked long-curled hair and pink bows while also sporting a baby pink bouclé skirt and jacket – it was a very different story for fans swiping all the way to the right, though. COVID-19 got its shout-out with the closing snap. The bathroom moment showed the sitcom star in leggings and a baggy sweater, seen in selfie mode as she held up a white paper towel and wrote:

"? @stylecaster ? swipe to the end to see me post shoot holding up the paper towel I planned on using to open the door because ❌ germs ? #tbt #style #prequarantine."

The post clocked over 73,000 likes in under an hour, also seeing a fan call "Alex as a redhead" "weird" – "but it's still really cute," they added.

Ariel's 11-year wrap-up of the "Modern Family" sitcom she grew up on came with a Teen Vogue feature – the star spoke openly about going to therapy every week, also addressing the headline-making 30 pounds she dropped in 2019 as a result of switching her anti-depressant medication.

“I get so many DMs [asking] ‘What medication are you on? I want to lose weight; I want that medication.’ What I would really like for people to understand is, every medication affects everyone differently. We’re all made differently. Everything is different," she said.

Winter also addressed the mass trolling she's faced on social media – the star has 4.3 million Instagram followers.

“People on the internet really suck. It bothered me for so many years — I mean, it still does. It never goes away. When someone calls you a ‘fat slut,’ you’re not feeling happy about it. It doesn’t matter what you look like now, it doesn’t matter what you looked like then,” Ariel says. “You’re still going to read that and be like, ‘Oh, that sucks.’”

Ariel was slammed for the see-through and underwear-style dress she wore to a "Modern Family" ending party – the actress was quickly defended by co-star Sarah Hyland.
