Jason Momoa has been all over the news recently, not because of his cool new projects but because of his hot body, which he almost bared all on "Jimmy Kimmel Live". Momoa's strip show and his eventual bun shake have gone viral especially since Momoa announced, "I actually don’t even like wearing clothes anymore!"

As far as the audience is concerned, less is more, when it comes to Jason Momoa's clothes. In fact, the overwhelming preference is for him to go sans any...

It All Started With A Fishing Trip

Three weeks ago, Momoa put up a series of pictures that showed him fishing while wearing nothing more than a traditional Hawaiian loincloth called a malo and looking pretty ripped in it.

His caption read, "rainbows in my water. Sunday funday. amazing time with da ohana. big mahalo to captain hopper and J for helping us catch some aku. dried aku all week. cheeehuuu."

The fan comments soon flooded in:

"Damn bro looking ripped."

"It’s the outfit for me."

"Big Mahalo for that loin cloth flapping in the wind!"

"Umm, can we get a little extra footage on Jason's fishing outfit?"

"Hmmm I don't think I was watching the fishing."

Meanwhile, for most, it was the loincloth flapping in the wind, as you can swipe to slide 7 to see it too!

As one commenter put it, "I'll never talk bad about the wind again!"

While many may be enamored with Pete Davidson's big, err, claims, it seems Instagram cannot get enough of Momoa, or that loincloth!

During his appearance at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", Kimmel asked the 43-year-old about these very images, and Momoa explained, "I’m a creator, writer, director, producer, and actor on this Apple series called 'Chief of War'. It’s all 1780s and 1790s Hawaii. That’s what I wear every day, and I was just getting ready for the role. I like to get into character, so I was tanning my white a--."

Of course, then, Momoa stripped down to show off his white a-- and bootie shook as well!

He continued to say, "I actually don’t even like wearing clothes anymore. I’m in (the malo) every day. I wear it all the time."

And then, he showed off too!

Momoa stood up, removed his coat, and shucked off his silky ensemble in a jiffy to show the malo he had underneath. Given that there's not a lot to the garment, he also showed off his excellent physique and a ton of skin,

Momoa then stood up, removed his coat, made short work of the silky, pajama-like ensemble he had on underneath it, and revealed his malo — and a whole lot of skin. Momoa also turned around for his audience, aimed his malo-clad behind at Kimmel, and shimmied in his direction, prompting Kimmel to say, laughingly, "Let me tell you, I’ve never felt more like Danny DeVito than I do right now."

Jason Momoa's Having The Time Of His Life!

Momoa put up some new pictures on Instagram just some hours ago, and fans avidly soaked up more of that golden skin on display.  This time, he also had company in the likes of Justin Chong and Temuera Morrison, so there was more bared skin to admire.

While Morrison is starring with Momoa in "Chief of War", Chong is directing and producing the series, which is presented as a whole new take on the retelling of the unification and colonization of Hawaii, from an indigenous point of view.

Momoa's latest pictures show him dressed up in ethnic finery, and he looks very much at home, posting the pictures with the caption, "WHAT A RIDE. aloha j".

Bear Grylls appreciated the adventurous side of Momoa, writing, "Love it! Such a good soul. Let’s go Running Wild sometime if you’re up for the adventure."

Fans had other ideas though:

"gotta rid away that flap on the front."

"I know my mom told me to never pick up hitchhikers but I think I will make an exception this one time."

"I KNOW we all zoomed on slide 6."

And here's the post, with slide 6, for your viewing pleasure!
