'90 Day Fiancé' Star Ashley Martson's Husband Jay Smith Shows Her Birthday Love Following Instagram Fight

“90 Day Fiancé” star Ashley Martson’s off-again on-again husband Jay Smith is celebrating his wife’s birthday with a touching video.
Jay shared a video montage from his wedding to Ashley on his social media. He wrote, “For My Special Wife, @ashleye_90 Happy Birthday. You make the world more beautiful just by being in it. Thank you for all the love and light you bring into my life. I hope your birthday is as fun-loving, unforgettable, and wonderful as you are. Enjoy it to the fullest.
Ashley commented, “Love you so much! Thanks for waking me up like a queen ❤️?” The sweet post comes days after the two got into it on Instagram live.
As The Blast first reported, Ashley and Jay are currently holed up together while under lockdown in Pennsylvania. They started off using their free time by coming up with a new Lingerie business. Ashley announced the project writing, “Getting bored of my isolation sweats and jammies and pretty sure the husband is too. I’m over here working on bringing my sexy back ... lingerie collection to be launched soon!!! Stay tuned... #lingerie #imbringingsexyback #90dayfiance.”
The two seemed to be getting on each other’s nerves only hours later. Jay posted a video of him BBQ-ing in the backyard of the home he shares with Ashley. In the background of the clip Ashley can be heard yelling at her husband. Ashley yells, “it’s not going to close if the lids not shut” when talking about the BBQ. She then tells him, “LOOK WHAT YOU DID” when he walks inside
Ashley and Jay reconciled right before lockdown. They decided to give it another go after having a very rocky couple of years.
The two first met when Ashely was on vacation in the Bahamas. The romance quickly got serious and Jay moved to America. After he arrived, Ashley discovered he had been unfaithful to her during the relationship. She filed for divorce in January 2019 but dismissed it months later to give their love another chance. Things didn’t work out with Ashley having to take out a protective order against Jay. He allegedly violated the order and was arrested by ICE. The criminal charges were eventually dropped.
Ashley filed for divorce a second time in April 2019. In March 2020, Ashley shocked fans when she posted a TikTok with Jay.
She spoke about getting back with Jay, “I feel, like, if you have trouble in your marriage or your relationship and you choose to try it again, you have to tell yourself before you get back in that relationship that ‘the past is the past. You chose to forgive for what they did in the past. So you need to remember that, because obviously our minds wonder about things and we just have to tell ourselves, ‘Hey, listen. You forgave. So, the past is the past.’”
Ashley and Jay aren’t the only “90 Day Fiancé” stars making headlines.
