Serena Williams literally knocked the ball out the park today. The 39-year-old tennis superstar delivered a mind-blowing power session right from her home on Wednesday – being one of the first celebrities to announce going into "solitude" amid COVID-19, the 23-time Grand Slam winner remains in quarantine. Serena might bake pies in Disney dresses that don't fit her, but one look will always remain the former World no.1's trademark – hint: it's skimpy, generally white, and it's basically this muscle machine's uniform.

Seen below, the video showed Serena for the animal that she is. The star appeared in a mash-up of scenes as she shouted out Beats by Dre – Serena partners up big – with the video seeing the star knocking balls left, right, and center as she trained on a green lawn. The looks were definitely skimpy. Serena was seen flaunting her insane body in an all-white tennis dress that flew up a fair few times, with the look then switching more colorful as Serena showcased her physique in a red tank top and teeny tiny pink tennis skirt.
Eventually plonking herself on a sun-drenched lounger and out of breath, Serena said: "You're tough" to herself, then appearing to reply: "You're not so bad yourself."

The views racked up fast for this one – over 50,000 were clocked in just 32 minutes as Serena took to her caption.
"Incredible rally and practice match. Powered by beats @beatbydre #beatsbydre Written, directed, produced, and starring @serenawilliams ? @derickpierson," she wrote.
Instagram went wild for this one.
"Wimbledon 2020?" one fan wrote.
"The best," another said, with one user writing: "Boom shakalaka, Best serve motion on the planet."
"Match of the century. We've all been waiting for it," another added. Serena may have admitted to crippling anxiety amid COVID-19, but she wasn't showing a shred of it today.

March saw the tennis player and clothing designer get candid about life at home with 2-year-old daughter Alexis Ohanian Jr.
“Now I’ve been social distancing for actually a really long time, for probably two weeks now, and every little thing makes me crazy. And by anxiety I mean I’m just on edge. Any time anyone sneezes around me or coughs I get crazy. I don’t hang out with anyone, and when I say anyone I mean my daughter," Serena said on Instagram.

“She coughed, I got angry and gave her a side-eye. I gave her that ‘angry Serena’ and then I got sad. I was like, ‘Is she ok? Is there something wrong with my daughter? Is there anything I can do?’ I just don’t know what to do, so instead of being relaxed I’m really under a ton of stress," Serena continued.
If you're a fan, it's worth heading over to Serena's Instagram, where heart-warming videos of the mom of one show her in cute DIsney dresses with her daughter. Meanwhile, 38-year-old sister Venus has been making headlines for power Clorox cleaning sessions in her swimsuit.
