Raquel Leviss landed a job as a waitress at SUR Restaurant last spring, ahead of production on the currently airing eighth season of Vanderpump Rules and during a recent appearance on Bravo's The Daily Dish podcast, she opened up about her job.

After being featured working at the restaurant on the new episodes of the Bravo reality series for the past several episodes, Leviss, the longtime girlfriend of cast member James Kennedy admitted that she often struggles to remember her guests' orders.

Because Leviss doesn't always write her guests' orders down, she often struggles to remember what they want.

“Especially when I’m going to a table and just introducing myself and pouring some water, maybe, and they’re ready to order right away and I don’t have time to get out my pen and paper to write it down,” she said. “I’m like, OK, they wanted a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and repeating, repeating, repeating so I don’t mess up... which I have before.”

According to Leviss, it is a manager named Diana who is the toughest staff member of SUR Restaurant.

“I feel like our relationship has gotten better because I always say like, ‘Hi, Diana!’ but she’s probably the most stern, and when I first started working at SUR, she came up to me and she’s like, ‘Raquel, you have a bad Yelp review. You need to learn all the drinks on the drink menu,'" Leviss recalled.

"I was terrified. I was like, I have a bad Yelp review? Like, my life is over,” she added.

After dealing with the fact that someone complained about her performance on Yelp, Leviss used the diss to motivate her to be an even better waitress.

“Then, I studied the bar menu, and I came back to her and I presented to her all the ingredients in every drink, so she was happy about that,” Leviss explained.

Along with her position at SUR Restaurant, Leviss was given a full-time position on Vanderpump Rules alongside her boyfriend as production began on season eight last summer.

As Leviss' role on Vanderpump Rules was upgraded, she and her boyfriend, Kennedy, began feuding over his drinking habits and drunken behavior.

Luckily, after a girls night out with her co-stars resulted in abusive text messages being sent her way, Kennedy agreed to an ultimatum dealt by Leviss, which required him to quit drinking for good.

To see more of Leviss and her co-stars, tune into new episodes of the eighth season of Vanderpump Rules on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
