Simone Biles made global headlines in February for debuting a chest piercing. The gymnast and 30-time World and Olympic medalist braved the pain of having her sternum pierced – 23-year-old Simone also seemed in the mood to show it off in her Thursday Instagram update, sharing another stunning shot as she quarantines amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Keep scrolling for the mind-blowing "Handstand Challenge" that saw Simone remove her pants while delivering the world's longest handstand. As to today's photo, it didn't deliver the gymnast moves, but it more than flashed this star's muscle machine of a body.

Simone's photo showed her solo and seated on hardwood floors and against a white wall. The fuss-free feel that's seen the Ohio native showcase her bikini body in her backyard recently was all there – Simone had been photographed looking sideways as she rocked a strappy black top flaunting her ultra-sculpted arms, plus acid-wash and ripped jeans showcasing fishnet stockings beneath.
Grunge was the vibe as Biles wore chunky black boots, with the low-cut top showing off the chest piercing that joins the athlete's nose and belly ones.
"As real as it gets," Simone captioned her photo.

Simone is still proving a talking point for her April 11 "Handstand Challenge." The home-set video seeing the star rocking a white Nike sports bra and pink sweatpants – the latter eventually removed – also brought the world's most decorated gymnast showing exactly what she's made of. Currently sitting at over 2.2 million views, the video also brought in a major celebrity like – 53-year-old Oscar winner Halle Berry left a like.
Simone has also made headlines for her "working wine to five" thirst trap.

Simone has addressed her success. Speaking to USA Today prior to the 2020 Olympics being postponed, the star said:
“It’s important to teach our female youth that it’s okay to say, 'Yes, I am good at this,' and you don’t hold back."
“It’s not out of cockiness,” she continued. “I’ve won five world titles, and if I say, 'I’m the best gymnast there is,' (the reaction is) 'Oh, she’s cocky. Look at her now.’ No, the facts are literally on the paper. I think it’s important to teach (young girls) that.”

Coronavirus, currently seeing just about everything on hold, has also halted the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. Speaking in early April, Simone backed the IOC's decision to suspend the event.
"We need to be sure everyone in the U.S. and around the world is safe," she said, adding: “I cried, but ultimately, it was the right decision. Mentally, going another year, I think that’s what going to take a toll on us."
Simone's update today racked up over 33,000 likes in under 45 minutes. Simone has 3.8 million Instagram followers.
