Angela Simmons Shows Off Thick Thighs In No-Pants Look Proving She's 'Built Not Bought'

Angela Simmons had a powerful message for her Instagram followers on Tuesday. The "Growing Up Hip-Hop" star and daughter to rapper Rev Run appeared in a photo promoting her feminine-strong Purpose App – the app connects women who "seek to empower and support one another through all dimensions of womanhood."

Showing off her killer body – 32-year-old Angela is a workout queen – the snap shared delivered the star's fierce physique, but it likewise came with a reminder that her body image struggles haven't always been easy.

Angela's photo (seen below) showed her photographed against a plain wall and striking a relaxed-yet-confident pose as she showcased both her curves and her muscles. The brunette was rocking a blue, short-sleeved, and cropped tee paired with black underwear briefs – legs on show was the finish as the star also flaunted her trim waistline.

A quote saw Angela mention struggling with body image as a teenager, with the words turning empowering as she added: "I'm proud of who I am. And I love everything about my body. I'm strong from the inside out."

Currently sitting at over 58,000 likes, the update appeared a hit. It also brought in a giant wave of comments from the star's 6.5 million followers, plus a like from 7-time Grand Slam winner tennis star Venus Williams.

Angela is earning her cash. The star is a regular influencer for affordable clothing giant Fashion Nova, also recently having resumed promo for the DHair Boutique she has an SEA hair collection with. A recent post showing off the stunner's beauty and locks read:

Angela's app isn't missing out on the relevance front. COVID-19 may be seeing the star social distancing, but her brand is ensuring that the immense demand for face masks is met. "Faith over Fear" was the message as Angela recently shared a snap of the collection – the black masks have lettering on them reading "GODFIDENCE," plus "COVERED by the blood."
