Aaron Carter’s Twin Sister Angel Promises To Cherish Memories In Sweet Tribute

Angel Carter, sister to the now-deceased rapper Aaron Carter, recently paid a touching tribute to her twin brother following his unexpected death last week Saturday, November 5.

Angel took to her Instagram account to pour out her feelings as she mourned his death. She referred to him as her “funny, sweet Aaron” and promised to cherish the memories she shared with her late brother.

However, the pair had a chaotic relationship over the years before his death. Back in 2019, his other sibling, Nick, announced he and Angel had filed for a restraining order against Aaron, saying in a statement that Aaron allegedly harbored intentions of killing his wife and unborn child.

The “No Friends” singer took to Instagram to mourn the loss of her beloved twin brother, who died at the age of 34.

The grieving twin accompanied her heartfelt post with a series of childhood photos of herself and her brother as toddlers and babies. The pair looked extremely adorable as they snuggled close to each other.

Opening up about her grief, Angel wrote, “To my twin… I loved you beyond measure. You will be missed dearly. My funny, sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you and I, and I promise to cherish them.”

She concluded her message, adding, “I know you’re at peace now. I will carry you with me until the day I die and get to see you again ?.”

Her solemn post was met with condolences and support from friends and fans around the world. A dear friend of the twins named Carlene K, who is also a make-up artist, penned down words of encouragement to Angel in the comment section.

She wrote, “My favorite twins. Aaron walking you down the aisle at your wedding, SO PROUDLY, while he was crying, will FOREVER be one of my favorite moments ever. It’s engrained in my heart. He LOVED you deeply. He loved and fought passionately.”

She further added, “He’s at peace now and will always be remembered and Loved ????.”

While Aaron's death remains a shock to some of his fans, they have decided to remember him for the great life he lived and the legacy he left behind. 

Per The Blast, the “I Want Candy” rapper was found dead in his California home on Saturday morning. It was reported that a 911 call was made at 11 AM, revealing a male had drowned in his bathtub. The tragic news was also confirmed by multiple sources.

At the time the news was covered, there was no suspicion of foul play at hand or any bit of information that foul play was involved in the unfortunate situation. 

Once the news broke out, precautionary measures were kept in place. Law enforcement reported and assured that homicide detectives had “been dispatched to the scene.”

Aaron, before his death, had a history of substance abuse in recent years, which severely affected his relationship with his close pals and family. As previously reported, his ex, Melanie Martin, accused him of punching her, which resulted in three broken ribs during an altercation.

The professional bartender filed a restraining order in Los Angeles Courts claiming she and the “One Better” rapper got into a heated fight on February 21, 2022, where he then “punched” her on the left side, breaking several ribs.

Detailing the alleged abuse in the legal filing, she said, “We had a fight about me talking to another man while we were broken up. He punched me in the left rib and pushed me. I didn’t feel the pain until a few days later, then I left the house because he threatened to give me a restraining order.”

The model added that she had to seek medical attention for the severe injuries, in her words, “I went to Kaiser, my doctor, and took X-rays” while adding the diagnosis, “3 broken ribs”.

Martin also made sure she attached the medical records to the restraining order, which appeared to confirm the existence of at least one broken rib. Included in the documents were recommendations on how to treat broken ribs.
