Josh Duhamel And New Wife Dress As Infamous Odd Couple For Halloween

Josh Duhameland his new wife Audra Mari fancy themselves a comedy duo after showing up to a party dressed as Anna Nicole Smith and J. Howard Marshall her much, much older husband.

The actor attended a Halloween celebration with Mari and the two made a splash according to PageSix. We can only assume that they dressed up as the late odd couple because of the recent criticism they received for the age gap in their marriage.

They showed up to the Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills on Friday night kicking off their Halloween weekend. Mari, 28 looked almost identical to Smith, and Duhamel, 49 accessorized his old man look with a walker and reportedly kept in character including a stiff, hunched-over back all party long.

The costume reportedly made a lot of the partygoers break out in laughter reminding everyone that Smith was a mere 26-year-old when she married Marshall who was 89 at the time.

Like Smith and her prince charming, Mari was met with anger and hate when the age gap between the two was revealed. Duhamel spoke about it on The Kelly Clarkson Show “I’m already way older than she is. It wasn’t a great start, but I was like, ‘Babe, for better or worse,’” he said of his pageant queen bride.

He admits he is feeling the age gap more than her. “The next morning, after the wedding, [I] couldn’t get out of bed again,” he recalls to Clarkson. He shared that his wife jokingly stated, “‘Oh my God. Everything is fine here. This is, like, the first day of my marriage, and I’m wheeling my husband around in a wheelchair.'”  It turns out, he threw his back out after dancing wildly all night at their wedding.

The actor and the beauty queen made sure to dress the part for the Halloween party. Mari wore a black dress similar to one Smith had worn in the past. The sparkly number was paired with a sexy choker. It stops just above her knee.

In true Anna Nicole style, the entire night, the dress threatened to plunge dangerously low. Mari wore a platinum blonde wig and styled it with big curls just as Smith loved to wear her hair. The couple truly looked like Anna Nicole Smith and her husband.

Duhamel was so committed he wore a bald cap and fake eyebrows and a mustache. If you look close you can even see the strategically placed hairs in his nostril. The couple picked the perfect time of year to troll their haters!
