Since Snoop revealed that he has a personal blunt roller, thousands of fans have asked about the hiring process for the role. During another recent interview with "The Review podcast," PerRana revealed how she landed the job. She explained that she had to defeat two other candidates in a blunt "roll-off" competition.

PerRana said, "I had a roll-off with a sound engineer that works with Snoop, that I guess Snoop kind of recommended, and then a Venezuelan cigar roller who rolls big boy stogies at parties. And I smoked them, to say the least. So from that day forward, I was the premier blunt roller of the planet — blunt roller to the stars now."

Snoop first revealed that he'd hired a personal blunt roller during a 2019 interview on "The Howard Stern Show," which also featured his close friend and actor Seth Rogen. He jokingly revealed that his roller is always prepared when he's ready to light up, saying, "That motherfucker is like Lurch from the 'Addams Family.' 'You rang?'"

Stern then asked the "Young, Wild & Free" rapper if he specifically hired the roller only to roll blunts, and Snoop confirmed that's his only duty. He said, "That's his J-O-B — his occupation. On his résumé, it says,' What do you do? I'm a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller." Snoop also praised his ability to always tell when he needs a smoke break, saying, "that motherfucker's timing is impeccable."

Rappers like Kid Cudi, G Herbo, and Waka Flocka Flame have also spoken about searching for the perfect person to roll joints for them.
