Ariel Winter Gives Instagram A Perfect View In Yoga Pants Workout Video Shouting Out 2019

Ariel Winter is shouting out her trainer – and her fitness help. The "Modern Family" actress credits celebrity coach MackFit for keeping up the muscle-to-fat ratio – Ariel made headlines for dropping 30 pounds in early 2019, although that came as the 22-year-old revealed she'd switched anti-depressants.
Ariel took to her Instagram stories on Thursday with content that's becoming the celebrity standard – coronavirus is keeping the A-Listers at home, with Ariel's post being a throwback to December 2019. Fortunately, a crystal-clear video of the sitcom star's workout is on MackFit's Instagram.

Ariel's video (seen below) showed her in an L.A. gym and definitely being put through her paces. Using her upper body strength as she leaned on both palms while stretching her toned legs out, Ariel even alternated her supporting arms for an extra-pushing finish.
The wardrobe showed it all off. Skin-tight black yoga pants and the camera angle took in Ariel's slender silhouette and curves, with a matching sports bra also showing off the actress' shoulders and abs.
"Knee Tuck- Bear-Shoulder-Tap," Ariel wrote on her stories, also encouraging fans to "Swipe Up To Shop."

Ariel had already been shamed as she revealed her 30-pound weight loss last year. A troll accusing the star of being on drugs found themselves clapped back at.
2020 has seen Ariel open up about social media trolling, although her Teen Vogue feature did mention the 2019 comment.
"I get so many DMs [asking] 'What medication are you on? I want to lose weight; I want that medication. What I would really like for people to understand is, every medication affects everyone differently. We're all made differently. Everything is different," she said.
"People on the internet really suck. It bothered me for so many years — I mean, it still does. It never goes away," Winter added.

"When someone calls you a 'fat slut,' you're not feeling happy about it. It doesn't matter what you look like now, it doesn't matter what you looked like then. You're still going to read that and be like, 'Oh, that sucks,'" Ariel added.
Slamming has made headlines for Ariel as 11 years of "Modern Family" wrap up. A closing party saw Ariel rock up in a see-through and underwear-style dress, with fans immediately calling Ariel out on it. Co-star Sarah Hyland swooped in to defend her.
“That she’s a sexy and confident woman,” 29-year-old Sarah said: “Everyone that is making a negative comment about my sister can back the f—k up because I will not tolerate it.”

"Modern Family" is officially over, with the cast marking the ABC sitcom's end on their social media. Sofia Vergara wound up in tears, with Ariel doing the same for her fans as she posted a final trailer snap of the girl behind Alex Dunphy.
"In just a few hours we will series wrap on @abcmodernfam, and along with everything else, I will be saying goodbye to the trailer I have had for almost a decade. Goodbye trailer! Goodbye Alex plaque! ? #modernfamily #memories #family #farewell," she wrote.
