‘Modern Family’ Star Ariel Winter Is In Self-Isolation With New Boyfriend, Luke Benward

‘Modern Family’ star, Ariel Winter, recently took part in the #FirstPhotoChallenge trend where she shared a picture of herself with boyfriend, Luke Benward.

She captioned the cute photo: ‘Even though we've been friends for four years, this is the first photo I could find of just us two aside from a paparazzi photo sooooo this will have to do for this challenge.’

Winter, 22 and Benward, 24 have been dating since December 2019 and are reportedly in self-isolation together.

The two have been besties for a while, but their romance started a couple of months after Winter and Levi Meaden called it quits.

Winter and Meaden dated for about three years before breaking up. At the time, Winter was 21 and Meaden was 31.

‘There was quite a big age difference between Ariel and her boyfriend Levi and she found herself being a homebody,’ an insider revealed.

The insider added, ‘she really missed her friends and her old life which is why she’s been hanging out with Luke so much.’

Days after Winter and Meaden split, she was seen eating dinner with Benward.

Benward is an actor, too. He appeared in the movie 'Dumplin’' alongside Jennifer Aniston.

Although the couple hasn’t been official long, things seem to be on the right track.

‘Ariel and Luke are pretty much inseparable, it’s really cute. They definitely love each other because they’ve been such close friends for years before they got together so they have a closeness and a level of comfort that only comes from really knowing someone,' an insider revealed.

'There’s definitely long-term potential in their relationship, he makes her so happy and she can’t wait to see where things go with him.'

Looking at how serious the couple is, it makes sense they’re self-isolating together.

“Ariel and Luke have spent so much time together these past few months so it was a natural decision for them to quarantine together,” an insider shared.

‘If anything, this situation is only bringing them closer and giving them a glimpse of what life would be like if they lived together. The fact that they had been close friends for years allowed them to build a connection on more than physical attraction so they truly have a blast whenever they’re together.’

Besides showing off her new boyfriend, Winter recently posted photos paying tribute to the series finale of ‘Modern Family.’

She shared a photo of her TV siblings where she took the time to thank her fans.

‘We are all so grateful for the love we’ve received over the course of this 11-year journey. To know our fans love our family just as much as we do is the most amazing gift,’ Winter said.

After 11 seasons, ‘Modern Family’ aired its final episode yesterday.
