The reality TV couple is in danger of losing their family home featured on the now-canceled Bravo TV show Don’t Be Tardy. The $2.6 million home is unfortunately in foreclosure according to court docs.

The property is far along in the foreclosure process, it is set to be auctioned off very soon. The court docs state that the Biermann’s “failed to pay back” an alleged $300,000 loan after her reality TV spinoff was canceled.

The U.S. Sun claims that a Notice of Sale Under Power was filed against the Biermann’s notifying them that their home “will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia.”

The couple has been apparently dealing with this situation for some time. PageSix reported that the home was first in danger of foreclosure way back in 2014. They received a fieri facias letter (a fancy way of saying a lien) that stated, the authorities could “take control of a piece of property and sell it in order to satisfy the owner’s debt or tax obligations.”

At that point, the couple allegedly had a $10,567.67 lien placed against their home. However, by 2021, the couple's lien had been “paid in full” according to them but they still had other outstanding debts including one from Kroy’s former agent who claimed the athlete still owed them $22,000.

When we first met Zolciak-Biermann she wasn’t married and had a sordid history with money. She was relying on a man named “big daddy” to take care of herself and her two daughters at the time. The entire first season of the show features Kim spending his money on some big-ticket items like a townhome and an SUV.

It was revealed that he was married and had a whole ass family of his own. She eventually met Kroy at an event filmed for the show and well, the rest leads to where we are today. Kroy is a former professional football player, but he never quite made it as big as one can in that profession.

Luckily, he hooked up with Kim and they were offered a spinoff from the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Don’t be Tardy lasted eight seasons before it was canceled and now it seems as though the family’s money was all wrapped up in that one show because they clearly are struggling to afford probably their biggest bill.

The 44-year-old has been teasing online that we haven’t seen the last of her. During an Instagram Q&A, Biermann teased that she could be back on TV on her own terms “We will be back! First time in [13 years] I’m not under contract so I want to shop around and do what’s best for my family and I,” she claims.

She pointed out that something is “coming soon”. In the meantime, she fancies herself a Kris Jenner-type and has started a YouTube channel for the children she shares with Kroy;  Kroy Jagger (KJ), Kash Kade, Kaia, and Kane.

“Oh my!!! The Biermann kiddos have started their own YouTube!!! Link is in my bio. They do all their own videos and [KJ Biermann] even edits them lol,” she wrote in an IG post announcing the news. You can watch the kids participate in challenges and pranks; it’s called the Biermann Bratz.
