'Don't Be Tardy' Star Kim Zolciak All Smiles Amid Husband Kroy Biermann's $22k Court Battle

“Don’t Be Tardy” star Kim Zolciak appears to be unbothered by the news her husband Kroy Biermann has failed to pay a massive bill.
Kim posted a video of herself talking directly to her fans ahead of her show’s premiere. She expressed her excitement for the new season. Kim made no mention of Kroy's legal troubles.
The reality star is in good spirits despite the news the broke earlier in the day. Page Six broke the story regarding Kroy’s alleged $22k debt to his former sports agent, who is trying to collect.
The outlet obtained court documents filed by Andrew Baker of Exclusive Sports Group. The NFL agent filed suit in Georgia Court demanding Kroy cough up the unpaid fees. He claims to have made repeated attempts to collect on the money but with no success.
The agent said he sent off the required notices to Kroy but has been ignored for quite some time. He said he had no choice but to bring the legal case against the former NFL star.
The total amount Kroy allegedly owes his agent is $22,120.70. The suit says Kroy agreed to attend mediation on June 4, 2020, but the “Don’t Be Tardy” star blew off the Zoom hearing. The agent is pleading with the court for assistance in helping him collect. The case is ongoing.
Kroy played for the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 until 2015. He signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills in 2016 but was cut before the season even began.
Earlier this week, Kim appeared on Wendy Williams’ talk show to promote her show. Her sitting down with Wendy is interesting given Kim’s frenemy NeNe Leakes recent beef with the talk show host.
NeNe got into it with Wendy and Andy Cohen. She took issue with comments they made during Wendy’s appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” NeNe released a 7-minute video on her YouTube channel addressing the show.
She captioned the video, “What’s really unfair here is for someone to continue picking on you publicly after you have bowed out gracefully, thanked everyone you possibly could and tried to remain silent numerous times while being bashed over & over again. I even deactivated my social media for a month to try an remove myself. You don’t just get to devalue me on your show because you want too. I’m telling you right now, right here publicly, LEAVE ME ALONE.”
She said, “Both are f their ratings are LOW! Bye QUEENS. She on cocaine so they should stop using her to talk! They both need my help with their poor ratings. Keep trying me sir and imma let the world know who you really are.”
She added, “I will ALWAYS eat and eat good! Believe that. I have ALWAYS believed in multiple streams of income so the leakes are good you ole cocaine head and you ole racist. No one knew you until YOU knew me. Remember I’m ICON. Don’t forget.”
