Stacey Dash Is Talking About Race Again, This Time On TikTok

Stacey Dashis on TikTok in case you didn’t know, and she is debunking myths she started about herself.

The Clueless actress is now claiming to be black again. Not too long ago, the actress was online telling people not to call her black, African American, and anything so forth. However, now, she is on TikTok telling every that she is of several different races and religions.

In the TikTok challenge she writes, “she hates black people, she hates being black,” to which Dash responds with her racial mix,” I love being black, Mexican, and Christian,” she captioned the video, “I am proud of my heritage #Black #Mexican and #Christian #staceydash #fyp #clueless #me”

The actress is getting mixed reviews in her comments. “Oh I had no idea she was Hispanic also guess I learn something new eerrrrr day ?☺️,” commented a fan. She raised her fist proudly in the video and cocks her hand back like a gun. While the video was meant to be cool and some people support her embracing her race again, others were annoyed AF.

“Nah us Latinos don’t claim her,” wrote one follower. “They can have her because we don’t want her in the black community,” insisted another.

The 55-year-old got slammed even more when followers realized she wasn’t on the beat in the video “Girl I hope the video was buffering and she wasn’t that off beat. This upset me ?.” Another pointed out, “Yeah Black people not claiming her until she learns how to do TIK TOKS on key …. Because she didn’t keep up with the sound and I don’t like that.”

In the past Dash has come out as a republican and has even said some questionable things about the race that she is now claiming to be again, so it’s understandable that the backlash would be plenty.

“What is our reaction to this suppose to be?” asked a fan. Some compared her to Kanye West and how he interprets his support for the republican party. “She is so calculated just like Kanye! When it’s a slow day they know exactly what to say & do to get press attention?”

The College Hill star was also featured on the reality show learning about basic facts of African American history, this could be why she is now so eager to claim her race, she has educated herself on what being African American is.
