The last time she performed with the other women was at the 2012 Olympics in London. Since then, the singer-turned-fashion designer has refused to take the stage with Gerri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Mel C.
Beckham was asked by a fan, “Since Mel C said that she’s always trying to get you back onstage, I’d like to know what are the chances of that actually happening especially with Spice World’s 25th anniversary coming up AND is she right that you’d come back to the stage as Posh if the Spice Girls were to play Glastonbury?”

“You know, I had so much fun being in the Spice Girls, but you know I think that now with everything else that I’ve got going on with my fashion and my beauty line, four children, you know, I just couldn’t commit to that,” she said before doubling down, “I had so much fun in the Spice Girls. I love the girls. I really, really enjoy singing Spice Girls when we’re doing karaoke, but I think I better leave it there.”
Cohen shot back, “Riddle me this. I was just reading about the ABBA hologram thing in London. Which sounds incredible. Apparently, it was Simon Fuller’s idea. Ex-Spice Girls manager, Simon Fuller, which made me think… hologram Spice Girls.”
Beckham responded, “That is a great idea. That is a good idea.”
Posh Spice Could Become “Hologram Spice?”
Last month, the Spice Girls announced that multiple new and expanded versions of the girl group’s iconic “Spiceworld” album will be released later this year in celebration of the chart-topping album’s 25th anniversary.
The album featured unforgettable hits such as “Spice Up Your Life,” “Stop” and “Too Much.”
"The ‘Spiceworld’ era was such a fun time for us," said the Spice Girls in a press statement. "We'd just had a number one album with ‘Spice,’ we were traveling all over the world and meeting our amazing fans, we released our second album AND we had our very own movie! Who would've thought it? It's crazy to think that 25 years have passed."
In addition to the album’s 10 original songs, “Spiceworld 25” will include “Step to Me,” “Outer Space Girls” and “Walk of Life.”
Beckham’s husband, David Beckham, shared a video of his wife doing Spice Girls karaoke over the summer.
In February, she filed documents to Companies House that confirm her desire to remain an active part of Spice Girls Ltd.
A source told the outlet, “If she wanted to quit the band and had no wish to perform again then she’d have resigned as a director last week. She’d still obviously get her cut of record sales but wouldn’t be in the decision-making like going on tour or performing.”
