Travis Barker & Kourtney Kardashian Buy Panoramic Ocean View Property From Late Night Host

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker just purchased a home together. A beautiful beach property owned by Conan O’Brien.

The Carpinteria home is in the reliable hands of the rocker and his granola wife. The duo bought the home for $14.5 million that price was initially $16.5 million so clearly, the couple got a great deal.

Beachfront properties are extremely expensive so getting any amount knocked off is always exciting. O’Brien was happy to offload the property that has been listed since July. The talk show host bought the property in 2015 for $7.9 million but he has outgrown it and wanted to move on.

The house, besides being steps from the sand features 2,142-square-foot and has some beautiful views all around including a panoramic ocean, Channel Island, and coastline views according to TMZ.

It has a deck the size that this couple could do some thangs on. If they surf or enjoy being in the water a lot, the home also features outdoor showers and storage for water equipment. However, there is no question that Kourt will want to gut and renovate the home.

The Kardashian family is endlessly renovating one place or another and sometimes their private planes.

The couple has specifically chosen this spot for a reason most likely. One that rings a bell for us is their engagement. Carpinteria is close to Santa Barbara where Barker proposed to his now wife.

The moment was caught on camera because at the time, the family was filming their Hulu reality show The Kardashians. The moment was one that many never believed they would see for Kourt because she has been so wrapped up in her baby daddy Scott Disick.

The house is beautifully decorated and the natural light is Kourtney’s vibe. However, we could see some areas that need work, the bathroom in particular. It’ll be exciting to see what the couple does with this home in the future.

But there is always room for improvement.
