It also doesn’t help that Lopez was accused of sexual assaulting two underage women in 2020.

In a lawsuit obtained by PEOPLE, H.L. Doe and C.H. Doe sued the social media star for attempting to coerce them into sexual encounters.

They also alleged Lopez solicited explicit photos from then, despite knowing they were minors.

"This case arises out of injuries suffered by minor Plantiffs after they were lured, persuaded, coerced and groomed to either engage in physical sexual acts and/or send illicit and obscene child pornographic images of themselves, to Defendants, as a result of Defendants' illegal acts," the lawsuit alleges. "Tony Lopez knew that H.L. Doe, C.H. Doe, and other victims not named in the Complaint, were minors."

Lopez denied the allegations via a statement to the outlet.

"These allegations are not at all true. I never sent nudes to these women and didn't ask them to send me pictures either. And I certainly wouldn't have sex with someone who told me they were underage," he said. "This whole thing seems like a money grab to me. I'm going to fight it to the very end. I will not allow them to continue to slander my name and attack my character."

Per the lawsuit, H.L. Doe alleged she and Lopez engaged in sexual activity including both oral and vaginal intercourse on January 4, 2020.

At the time of the alleged sexual encounter, H.L. Doe said she was 16-years-old, but was actually 15.

He Allegedly Solicited Nude Photos From The Teenagers

Later that month, H.L. Doe claimed they had sexual intercourse again.

She said Lopez asked her to keep their relationship a secret.

In the same court documents, C.H. Doe alleges she met Tony in April 2020 when she was invited to the Hype House by co-founder, Tomas Petrou.

She claims to have met Lopez and exchanged social media handles with him and gave him her phone number.

"Tony Lopez acknowledged numerous times that fact that C.H. Doe was a minor and would commonly tell her to 'Stop being 16 [years old]', among other references to the fact that she was underage," the lawsuit stated.

C.H. went on to allege that despite knowing she was 16 at the time, Tony began soliciting nude photos from her, including one message that said "Show me your boobs."

She also claims Lopez sent her photos of his exposed penis and repeatedly asked her to meet him to have sex.

According to the lawsuit, Tony "coerced and solicited that C.H. Doe perform sexual acts on him."

The teens also sued Hype House, Petrou and co-founder Chase Hudson for negligence.
