Singer Britney Spears deleted her Instagram account last week after posting a multi-text slide criticizing her family for the years of alleged abuse she suffered during her 13-year conservatorship.
On Monday, the "Oops!...I Did It Again" singer was back on Twitter, criticizing her family in a two-minute audio clip that seems identical to the one that she shared on Instagram in early September.
Britney Spears Is Not Done With Her Conservatorship: 'JUST ENDING IT has never been good enough for me and it will never be !!!'
I’m posting this for the second time today because I believe in a world where we all deserve justice !!! 15 years in a system of secretive and manipulative abuse … JUST ENDING IT has never been good enough for me and it will never be !!! On Monday, Britney shared a two-minute audio clip explaining that she had to go through three MRIs during her conservatorship, although she still isn't sure why. She also revealed that, when she was only 8-years-old, she had a cyst that doctors were concerned might be cancerous, but assured her she was fine after an MRI.
During her conservatorship, Britney recalled trying to "make sense" of the MRIs that she had to undergo, at one point saying that she tried to convince herself that her family was hiding a "secret" cancer diagnosis from her and this was really a new kind of cancer treatment.
At the end of the video, she confessed "none of that was true" and concluded that she didn't have cancer: her family was just being "mean" to her. She said she was "confused" by the treatment and that a possible cancer diagnose "made sense" with what was happening to her at the time.
After assuring her fans that she was "fine" and "still alive," the "Toxic" singer concluded the video, saying, "I really felt like my dad was trying to kill me and I hope he burns in f---ing h---."
Alongside the video, Britney tweeted, "I’m posting this for the second time today because I believe in a world where we all deserve justice !!! 15 years in a system of secretive and manipulative abuse … JUST ENDING IT has never been good enough for me and it will never be !!! I was talked to abusively and punished."
Britney Wants What Was Done To Her To Be Done To Her Father
… take his car away … his home away … his door to privacy away … sit him down 7 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm being asked questions and people treating him like a science experience … monitoring his food … no phone … nurses watch him shower and dress … I want him to go

In a lengthy Twitter thread following the video, Britney stated that she wanted her father, Jamie Spears, to suffer the same abuse that she allegedly had to suffer through during her stifling conservatorship, which officially began in February 2008 and was struck down by a judge in November 2021, close to one year ago.
Britney tweeted, “I was talked to abusively and punished for no reason at all … I believe in consequences … I believe I have absolutely nothing to prove on the whereabouts of what was done to me … it is all known !!! With that being said, people who have mistreated me on that kind of scale just ending the system is not good enough for me …"
"They hurt me and I did absolutely nothing wrong … I have no justice at all in my eyes … at all !!!" she continued. "The court system ended it TWO YEARS after I told them about 15 years of my abuse … my home friends jumping up and down when the judge ruled it to be over … a metaphor to join the cliche yet when I called them in that place they said it’s not illegal but it may seem illegal with what they are doing … because what your in is DIFFERENT … different my a-- !!!"
"It’s been many months since it has been over … my wish is to take my father to a place … take his car away … his home away … his door to privacy away … sit him down 7 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm being asked questions and people treating him like a science experience … monitoring his food … no phone … nurses watch him shower and dress … I want him to go all through those things with no f---ing reason at all and have him call his family and they say WE DON’T KNOW !!!"
"I’d like to see the state of California sit back and have 4 security men at a trailer house for months telling him he can’t ever leave !!!" she went on. "I’d like to see how he would feel … but see, that will never happen !!!"
"The only good thing that happened for me was that it ended !!!" she concluded. "I don’t see how they get to walk away so easily and get away with what was done to me … the world has shown me and the world only that cruelty wins !!!"
Many fans commented on the post expressing support for Britney and encouraging her to speak her truth, while some encouraged her to try to seek criminal charges against her family. Others are hoping to learn about her conservatorship in her new memoir, which has unfortunately been delayed due to a paper shortage brought on by the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
