Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs debuted his salt-and-pepper beard in a video urging fans to support healthcare officials who are tackling the coronavirus pandemic. The 50-year-old musician surprised fans with his new look, and many commented enthusiastically on the new, grey hair rather than the message that the mega-hit producer was sharing.

The purpose of the post was not to show off his new hairstyle, but to share an important message on the coronavirus. In the clip, Diddy gets philosophical about how the coronavirus is affecting the world.

In the caption, he added, 'We can’t just sit back and leave our healthcare workers abandoned and unprotected. Over the next few days, I’ll be locked in and focused on finding ways to directly support our healthcare workers, but I don’t have all the answers. If you want to help or have any great ideas, please reach out to me now! God bless us all. #teamlove.'

Diddy also joined many others who have criticized President Donald Trump over his administration’s handling of the coronavirus.

'We also can’t expect someone that don’t give a f about us to save us… It’s not Trump’s fault. He doesn’t give a f about us,' he said. The US has recently surpassed China as the country with the most cases.

While the response to his thoughts was limited, reactions to the new hairstyle in the comments section read, ‘So you mean to tell me all y’all men been dyeing y’all hair this whole time’ and ‘...I’m not mad at it. They deal with us doing the same so.’

Some female fans were really enjoying his natural look and expressed comments such as, ‘he looks good with his gray hair' and ‘Luv the salt/pepper.’ It's safe to say Diddy's new salt-and-pepper beard gained more of a trend than he expected.

Aside from Diddy, many other celebrities are emerging with different looks during the quarantine. While some female celebrities are going without makeup, male celebrities like Deon Sanders and Kevin Hart have also shown their gray. All three men became the subject of a post presented by Hollywood's favorite troll, 50 Cent.

50 Cent has always used puns and poked fun at Diddy, but the Bad Boys Records founder stands by his word that any 'beef' is just fake news. Regardless, Diddy has a publically full life as a father and entrepreneur, so of course, he's not quick to start a rivalry.

Currently Diddy has his plate full with Revolt TV, the music-oriented digital cable television network which he founded back in 2013. He is currently working on reviving 'Making the Band', his flagship reality show, which was previously hosted on MTV.
