Jaime King's Estranged Husband Is Borderline Homeless, She Hasn't Paid Spousal Support

Jaime King’s estranged husband Kyle Newman wants the money the court ordered the actress to pay because he’s struggling.

The actress's estranged husband wants to know when he’s going to get his money from King. She was court-ordered to pay Newman $429 a month in child support and $1,000 per month in spousal support. The judgment was made back in April, yet… King hasn’t coughed up the money.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Newman claims that not only is King refusing to comply with the judgment, but she is also refusing to disclose information regarding her income. King apparently even took it a step further and cleaned out their community property retirement accounts of over $500,000.

Well, she sold the home that she once shared with Newman and according to him, she put it up for sale and sold it before he even realized and, she made a whopping $1.5 million on the sale which is now allegedly frozen and unusable.

Newman is concerned about the cash because he has apparently been pulling money from his retirement fund to “stay afloat” during this time. The reason why he feels so entitled to the actress's money is that he allegedly had to put his career on hold to help her! He was essentially super dad while King brought home the bacon.

The two met while working in the business and Newman admits that King was the one working full time hence why he is in dire straights for money at this time. He maintains that he stayed home to take care of their two children. Ultimately, the writer is asking for his estranged ex to be helpful and not make his fight for spousal support so complicated.

Through his attorneys, he is asking for $700k to cover his attorney fees, and his proceeds from the sale of their marital home AND just to be a little petty, he wants the judge to hit King with an extra $50,000 fine for not following court orders, to begin with.

The actress and her reps haven’t said a word about the incident, the divorce between the two had been a hot mess since the beginning. They have accused one another of atrocious things. He says she has an opioid and alcohol addiction.

King, through her reps, has accused her estranged ex of torment through stalking and tracking her electronically. She also accused him aid isolating her from her friends and family and she feels sick to her stomach every time she interacts with him.
