The Grammy Winner Gets Robbed While Rehearsing For "SNL" Performance

Megan, indeed, has been through a lot especially given the recent invasion of her L.A. home by two thieves who stole hundreds of thousands worth of her possessions. According to TMZ, the burglars gained access into her abode by smashing a glass door at the back of the house with their gloved hands.

The men reportedly took about $300,000 to $400,000 in jewelry, money, and electronics from within the pad, but thankfully, the hip-hop star was not home when they invaded.

While no arrests have been made yet, detectives are working to gain more information using the home's surveillance and evidence from neighbors. The unfortunate incident comes days before Megan was set to host "Saturday Night Live," which she was possibly preparing for at the time of the robbery.

While the website will not be her public endeavor within the mental health sector, the year before, Megan shared more details about her personal experience with caring for her mental health.

Speaking with Taraji P. Hensen on "Peace Of Mind With Taraji," she opened up about feeling hopeless after losing her parents, causing her to look for a source of help.  The "Fever" musician also admitted to her belief that mental health is more important to her than ever due to the greater pressure she felt.

And as an outgoing and extroverted person, it was often difficult for her to realize that not everyone around her always had the best intentions. Still, her rise to fame gave her a better understanding.
