Kelly Ripa just got super-honest about how the coronavirus quarantine situation has left her feeling. The 49-year-old talk show host may have wowed fans with her ballerina moves just yesterday as she embraced the COVID-19 outbreak's switch to all things Skype/Zoom, but the "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host confessed to looking less than camera-ready on Wednesday.

It all started with an Instagram update from the blonde. Opting out of showing her face, Kelly had instead shared a cozied-up snap with 48-year-old husband Mark Consuelos.

Kelly's photo appeared to be a throwback, although the current social distancing rules do permit those already living together to be in close contact. It showed the blonde wearing a gray t-shirt with two white lightning bolts – the couples vibe with "Riverdale" star Mark was strong, though, as the 1996-married couple posed with their arms wrapped around one another – Mark's tan arm was seen with a green wristwatch.

"Pre #socialdistancing in a galaxy far far away ⚡️⚡️??," Kelly captioned the shot.

The update brought in all kinds of response. For Lisa Rinna, there seemed to be slight envy.

"Hi Hand Model who knew?!!!! ??," the 56-year-old reality star wrote.

A comment also pertaining to the Persona Nutrition face's hands then sparked a bit of an interaction.

"Why do your nails still look so good???" the fan wrote.

Kelly swooped in, replying:

"I currently look like half man half beast."

The former "All My Children" actress then confirmed exactly how old the photo was: "Because this is a photo from a year ago," she added.

Kelly and Mark have made headlines for jointly donating $1 million to the coronavirus relief effort. The couple is reported to have made the generous donation towards venitalors and WIN, an organization responsible for 11 women's shelters across NYC – Kelly's home city is currently the hardest hit in the U.S. with over 20,000 confirmed cases.

Kelly has also been reaching out to the public via her social media – a recent list from the star provided a helpful list of what is (and isn't) okay to do amid the global pandemic.

Kelly's list of "OK" things included:

"It's ok to feel scared and alone and helpless. It's ok to feel overwhelmed worrying about money, jobs and the sheer number of cases. It's ok to think you're developing symptoms every time you read a new news article. It's ok to not know what to say to your kids when they ask why."

As to things that are 100% not okay, these included a mix of medical advice and general courtesy as grocery stores find their shelves stripped bare and the needy go without.

"It is not ok to congregate in large groups. It's not ok to shake hands. It is not okay to hoard toilet paper, food and alcohol. It is not okay to profiteer from hand sanitizer," Kelly added.

As to hand sanitizer, if you're sick of looking at it all day, there's always Kelly's Instagram – she literally captioned a shirtless shot of husband Mark in the pool as something else to "look" at besides hand sanitizer.
