Cynthia Bailey & Mike Hill are officially calling it quits!

The "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" alum and the talk show host got linked after Bailey divorced her first husband, Peter Thomas, in 2016. The duo met sometime in 2018, got engaged that same year, and married in 2020. The wedding was a lavish ceremony in Acworth, Georgia, surrounded by over two hundred guests.

In a joint statement that they both released on their Instagram pages, the couple, who have decided to remain friends, confirmed the split in a lengthy message that began with the following:

"LOVE is a beautiful thing. While we both will always have a love for one another, we have decided to go our separate ways."

The former couple emphasized that no one was to blame and that they were grateful for their continued friendship. Bailey and Hill then wrote about always cherishing their many memories as husband and wife.

The pair also mentioned how their fans were with them on their marriage journey from the beginning. They appreciated friends and family for their unending support as they moved forward into new chapters of their lives. "Thank you for your prayers and well wishes!" the statement concluded.

A source was quick to reveal to ET some details the public might not have been aware of about the stars, saying, "Cynthia and Mike have been having issues for a while and tried working on things but weren't able to come to a resolution. The two have been busy with work, and it wasn't easy on their relationship."

Followers of the duo will recall that when the TV personalities got married two years ago, their lavish ceremony was also a way to mark the model's farewell season of "RHOA" before she announced her departure.

Unfortunately, the actress received massive backlash for the number of people present at the party, especially since it was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, in pictures from the event, several guests were pictured without masks violating the safety protocols.

At the time, she told Andy Cohen, "We did everything on our end to ensure everyone's safety, from masks, shields, temperature checks." Adding to the above, the "Without You, I'm Nothing" star also had a COVID-19 specialist around to spray the place.

She also mentioned that the only time anybody took off their masks was to eat or drink and that people also wanted to take pictures without them. "So I wasn't even thinking, 'Of course, now all the pictures are gonna have the masks off," she concluded.

Although the party that took place was partly her farewell season, Bailey only officially announced her departure a year later after eleven years. She told Kevin Frazier, "Honestly, I have had a good run. It has been 11 years, and it was just time, and I think not only was it time, but it was also the right time."

Bailey came back on the scene as the latest to receive an honor from the annual event "A Toast To Black Hollywood," which aims to celebrate and honor Black excellence.

Well-noted names in the industry, like Nick Cannon, Tamika Mallory, and a host of others, have received this honor for their various works, and the reality star was finally one of them. The Blast shared that the 55-year-old addressed her return to the "Housewives" show.

The stunning video vixen who stepped out for the black-tie affair with her husband at the time also featured live performances by Chrisette Michelle and Eric Bellinger. It featured an evening of cocktails sponsored by Ciroc & Dusse, luxury lounges hosted by Amazon Music, Doritos, Pepsi, and some hors d'oeuvres.

When the publication asked if she would return to the "RHOA," she said, "I'm really enjoying this next chapter, and I'm still on television with movies, and I had a great time on Celebrity Big Brother. I haven't gone anywhere, I'm just not on the Real Housewives right now, but you can watch Ultimate Girls Trip."
