Future’s alleged baby mama Eliza Reign is accusing the rapper of trying to bankrupt her with never-ending lawsuits.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Eliza is asking the court to dismiss all claims Future filed against her.
Eliza is currently suing Future accusing him of being the father to her daughter. He filed a separate lawsuit against her claiming she is running around ruining his reputation. His lawsuit is asking for an injunction prohibiting her from speaking about him publicly.
In a newly filed response, Eliza fires back at his lawsuit. She is described as, “The Defendant is the Plaintiff’s former paramour of several years, and also the Mother of his 11-month-old daughter, R.W.”
Eliza says Future has already tried to gag her in the paternity case and was shut down by the court. Eliza accuses him of suing her in an attempt to “intimidate, harass, and financially drain the Mother herein so that she will either dismiss or accept an unfavorable settlement in the paternity proceedings which are currently pending before” the family court.
She claims despite his attempts to avoid a DNA test, Future is the father to her kid. Therefore, any comments she made about him being the father are not defamatory.
Eliza trashes him pointing out, “To the contrary, his sexual relations with 7 other women with whom he has fathered children are all documented and widely reported on the internet and discussed on social media. It is unknown why he would think this one would be any different.”
She is demanding the entire lawsuit be thrown out and he pay her attorney fees.

Last year, Eliza sued Future for paternity, child support and custody. She accuses him of being the father to her daughter Reign. Future has not admitted to being the biological father. A judge recently ordered Future to take a DNA test. The case is ongoing.
Another woman, Cindy Parker, dropped her paternity lawsuit against Future. All signs point to a settlement being reached outside of court between the parties.
